We had a wonderful stay at this property! Everything was very clean, and communication with David was great. The location can't be beat, and we loved walking to restaurants and shops. We also appreciated all the treats David left for us upon check-in! I will definitely plan on staying at this property on my next visit to Highlands.

We were in Highlands for the weekend and wanted a place we could walk everywhere from. This place is as central as it gets right in the heart of downtown. Everything was clean and the host had tons of amenities at our disposal. We’ll definitely be back!

The property exceeded my expectations and was even more stunning than the listing photos convey! Check-in was easy, host went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. Perfect location convenient to everything. Beautiful apartment just as described with every need taken care of…the snacks and breakfast that were there when we arrived was so helpful and greatly appreciated. Will definitely come back and stay again.

This apartment is outstanding. The owner took care of every detail and had even stocked with fridge and pantry with special items. The location is great and you can walk to all of your favorite Highlands shops and restaurants. Beds are comfortable and there are plenty of towels so you aren't doing laundry on vacation. We will definitely be returning!

Loft apartment was phenomenal! We loved the double doors & balcony in the common area where we overlooked S 4th St. well-stocked kitchen, comfy beds, just a wonderful place to stay! Close to virtually EVERYTHING!

Golf weekend in Highlands

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was perfect and very comfortable. The location right off Main Street was ideal. I would definitely stay again and recommend the Nest highly for anyone looking to be close to shopping and great restaurants in Highlands.

We could not have enjoyed our stay at “The Nest” more! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with a beautiful display of snacks and wine- and gorgeous accommodations. Beth, the owner, was so responsive, gracious and helpful. We stayed a week and enjoyed cooking many meals in the home and also loved being walking distance to the incredible shops and restaurants. We stayed during Highlands busiest season and absolutely could not have appreciated the location of the home more. We only used our car to travel to hikes- otherwise we could walk everywhere. We travel to Highlands often and this was by far our favorite home in the heart of it all. Thank you, Beth, for making our experience truly special, We hope to come back many more times!

Nest 205 was nicely appointed and oh so convenient. We had a wonderful sister trip to Highlands and we loved our accommodations. Comfortable beds and nice bathrooms with a wonderful open concept living and kitchen area. The view of Old Edwards Inn and quaint shops up the street was a real plus to wake up to. Royce Realty did an excellent job of welcoming us and everything was just as it should be! We’ll definitely stay here again!
