Beautiful view and close to Banff town center.

Great location with helpful staff. My only complaint is that the units themselves are showing some wear and tear. The kitchen is a bit beat up and the bathrooms need some love. However, they are clean, just worn out. I would stay here again. Just don't expect modern or new.

Great Stay

This was a great apartment, quiet, clean and convenient. Spaces are smaller than we anticipated, but still had no problem fitting a travel crib in each room/loft!

Ski trip to Banff

Nice quiet location with good road access and bus service to town. Great water pressure and plenty of hot water for five of us. Nice hot tub. Property well maintained. Would come again.

Banff Christmas

Magical trip to Banff at Christmas. The just and location were great. Banff easy to get around. Downtown is beautiful and the skiing/boarding were were loads of fun. Nothing beats view from the hot tub. Stopped at Fairmont Christmas Eve for drinks before dinner and trip to gondola for night rising. Returned to room nightly to enjoy the real wood fire which kept the entire place toasty warm!Woke up to host present on Christmas morning on our way out to ski. Loved the hot chocolate!Must see to believe!!!!!

Family trip

It was just okay. Property is more dated than the pictures let on. We had some maintenance issues that needed to be dealt with. They did do them the next morning. But it made for an uncomfortable night. It is a quiet place to stay.

Excellent and Central Location

We stayed in a one-bedroom loft unit with a 1 1/2 bath. The location, size of the unit, and amenities were great and convenient for our daily excursions. Check-in and check-out processes were easy. After going off site to view the aurora, we were able to see it upon our return from the back deck. Parking was also a plus, including outside and garage. Would stay again.

Great

We did not realize that this property was essentially a resort, but it worked for our group of four adults nonetheless. Very clean, easy parking, close to downtown Banff (with access to the bus). Would stay again!

Great front desk staff, home needs TLC

Our stay had some positives and some negatives, but in the end, we would not stay here again. The front desk staff is very friendly and very responsive at all hours. It’s a nice location with quick and easy access to downtown Banff. The property has a nice view of mountains and forest from the back balcony. There is also ample parking both above ground and underground. However, the home was not very clean and needs updates. The bedroom and main bath smelled like urine when we arrived. The kitchen was unswept. The kitchen table was not cleaned and had remnants of the last meal smeared across it. They forgot to service our room one of the three days. The bathtub drain was partially clogged. The carpeting appears dirty and worn. Tile in the bathroom is damaged and cracked. I am sure that this was a very nice property at one time and with a little TLC it could be that way again.

Good resort (not an individual house), but old. Works functionally.

Overall good resort, with amenities. Little different than we expected as booked through VRBO. Good bus services for town. The resort is old and bit of maintenance/cleaning would make it a best place to stay.

Fine Place to Rest Your Head

This place was cute and convenient. It is very much a cabin in a mountain town so do not expect anything fancy but very clean and exactly as described. The only complaint was that the pillows are extremely uncomfortable. Highly recommend bringing your own pillows. Electricity did also go out once or twice during the stay. Otherwise, this place served its purpose and is located in a cute neighborhood of cabins with parking and a bus stop if you plan to use the local transit. The front desk is 24 hours and extremely helpful.

Stay in Banff

The family enjoyed the high ceilings and comfortable beds. A few missing items such as sheets for sofa bed and pots were quickly brought to us by maintenance staff. The hot and cool tubs are wonderful, with beautiful views of the mountains, be advised that these and bbqs are shared by the many units of the complex.Staff was friendly and helpful.

Close to Town, Nice club house and pool

Overall our stay was pleasant enough. The cabins could use a bit of an update. It was hot when we stayed (high 80's/low 90's) and there was no air conditioning in the cabins. We had only 2 fans that were supplied to cool down both bedrooms and the living room. The cabin was well supplied and the service at the main club house was great.

We shared our loft unit with another couple. It was a little tight but workable. Kitchen was equipped but we did not cook at all. Location was great for us and we used the shuttle every day. The pool area was super nice and had a gorgeous view.
