I cannot recommend this place HIGHLY ENOUGH!!!! It is pure magic. So comfortable, gorgeous views, generous hosts, and close to everything. I will be coming back as often as I can.

Relaxed getaway in wine country

I can’t say enough about how lovely this location is! The studio is quiet and relaxing with great views. We could not ask for a better location to enjoy the Santa Ynez valley and surrounding area. Would highly recommend this location and are looking forward to a return visit!

Amazing

Weekend escape

Loved our stay at this property. The owners were exceptionally nice and made everything perfect for our stay. Their view is phenomenal with a great seating area to enjoy that view. Very close to wonderful wineries. The inside of the studio is even better than the pictures show!

Great weekend getaway

Just a quick weekend getaway to do a wine tour. This is a cozy studio in the country. We loved laying in bed and watching the sunrise over the hills each morning!

Beautiful setting. Wonderful studio.

Had a wonderful, peaceful stay at this charming studio. It has everything one needs in a home away from home. Beautiful bucolic surroundings very convenient to the lovely nearby small towns. Friendly welcoming host. Look forward to returning again.

Beautiful, peaceful and quiet

We stayed in Pat’s guest house for a wine tasting weekend sans kids and absolutely loved it! The guest house is beautiful inside with a very comfortable bed, but the location is second to none with gorgeous views of the mountains in wine country! We can’t wait to go back! Thank you again, Pat!!

Hilltop Retreat

Such a beautiful and peaceful place! The attached cottage is beautifully decorated, with everything needed, including a comfortable bed. The owners are so friendly and nice and accessible but never bothered us. Perfect distance between Santa Ynez and Los Olivos. The views are the best! So lovely and so quiet! We will definitely stay again.

A truly cozy cottage

Celebrated our friend’s 50th with a quick weekend getaway to wine country. Truly a slice of heaven. So peaceful and comfortable and close to wineries and restaurants . Hosts were so friendly. Best part was their sweet horses. Such a treat. Looking forward to our next trip.

Beautiful getaway

The property is nestled on a ridgeline with a magnificent view of the mountains and rolling hills of the Santa Ynez Valley. I needed a quiet place to work remotely from before joining a large family reunion and this cozy room was perfect. Good Internet speed, very comfy bed and classy modern touches like the spacious walk-in shower. Matt was a terrific host and I would strongly recommend staying here to get a taste of this beautiful valley.

Quiet Get Away

This cottage is perfect for couples wanting to get away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The patio is lovely and a perfect spot for coffee in the morning while watching the wildlife. Beautiful sunsets. The cottage itself is delightful. The bed is very comfortable and the shower is enormous. Nice little kitchen for coffee, snacks and wine. Friendly hosts but not intrusive. Definitely will be back.

Quick Wine Country Stay

We were looking for a quiet picturesque property with accessibility to Los Olivos, Santa Yanez and SBC wine country. The guest quarters on this property had a separate secure entry and privacy. The view of the rolling Santa Yanez horse country was beautiful and relaxing. We didn’t take advantage of the sunset vista at the high point of the property but sure it was breathtaking. The property was nicely appointed and the king size bed comfortable. We enjoyed our stay and our hosts greeted us on arrival and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

My girlfriends and I stayed at this little slice of heaven. The owners are genuine and thoughtful, bringing a family feel to your stay. You will wake up to a wondrous chorus of birds and rays of sunshine that warm the soul. Sitting out on the patio with a cup of coffee to enjoy the magnificent views, you won’t want to leave. There are so many sights to see and explore. Don’t forget to take in the horses and breath in the fresh air. Heading into town is just a short trip to enjoy a tasting or two or more. We had a fantabulous time and hope to stay again

Really Perfect

I was a little skeptical when booking this due to the lack of reviews. BUT after conversations with PK via VRBO I came to understand that it was a mix up in addresses with VRBO and the other vacation rental, so when that got straightened out, all of the reviews were lost. In any case - PLEASE rest assured, this is the place you want to be! It's even cuter in person and absolutely PERFECT for my husband and me. Everything is just as shown in the photos. The bed was indeed amazing and we both slept like rocks...which is unusual. The proximity to both Los Olivos and Santa Ynez is super accommodating and recommendations from PK were spot on. Waking up to a misty foggy canyon was just as beautiful as waking up to the sunshine on the hills. They have horses just over the hill who are really fun to listen to and we got to meet the one PK rode up on to greet us when we arrived! You will love this adorable place to be.....and you can simply just be.
