Our stay at Kerfissien - May / June 2023

Our Stay at the Kerfissien property was a much anticipated and needed break for our family at the end of May / beginning of June 2023. The booking in and arrival process (through the Vrbo Website) was painless and very efficient. Our Hosts, The Le Gall Family were very helpful and maintain their property to a high standard. The property was much bigger than we thought which was a welcome surprise. All the facilities including the Pool were very clean. The location is semi rural with plenty of local walks on hand, but also close to several good beaches. Larger shops are a 15-20 min car trip away, but we stocked up using the big fridge-freezer. There was even a walk in pantry at the property!. Our host were on hand to sort any issues we had during our stay and kept in touch. Very Helpful. We would definitely recommend to anyone wanting a peaceful and relaxing time, with a big pool, in a secure walled location. We thank our hosts, the Le Gall family for the use of their property.

Beautiful Property disappointed with customer service

When we first arrived at the property we had to wait a few hours, which was a very big inconvenience as it was a Saturday evening and all the shops were shut so we struggled to stock up. When we arrived the landlords wanted lots of extra money for wifi, towels, and cleaning (which we opted to do ourselves)etc which I found unsual as generally its all part of the price paid through Vrbo, however they wanted more privately.The house itself was beautiful and we enjoyed our stay. However on the last day we felt our hoilday was ruined as after cleaning the property throughly and following all the instruction left, even cleaning windows and washing all the towels etc we were sent very rude messages stating it wasnt professionally cleaned enough. I have arthritis in my spine and couldnt not lift an extreme heavy sofa bed, which apparently had a few clean drinking straws and a empty packet under. We feel that the landlords were going out of there way to find anything to try and claim more money. We didnt wash the table cloth my son spilled coke on as we didnt want to ruin it, however never it all my years having a hoilday rental, has not washing a table cloth an issue, as it is something which generally done with the bedsheets.The table cloth was not ruined but they are trying tp claim damages . Out of principle I feel i should warn others as I did throughIy clean up and feel future tenants nèed to be warned that you'll be charged no matter how well you cleaned

Sehr sauberes Haus

Das Haus war sehr sauber und recht gut ausgestattet mit allem, was man braucht. Der Fernseher ist recht klein, den haben wir aber eh nicht genutzt. Der Pool war super und wurde ein mal in der Woche gereinigt. Klasse war auch das Poolhaus mit einer zusätzlichen Toilette und Dusche. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern lief über ein Übersetzungsprogramm reibungslos. Die Strände sind sehr sauber und ein paar hundert Meter entfernt bekommt man frische Baguette und Croissants. Das Haus ist aufgrund seiner dünnen Wände etwas hellhörig. Alles in allem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub und ein sehr gepflegtes, sauberes Haus.

Neues Haus mit beheiztem Pool

Es stimmte alles. Modernes Haus mit allem Komfort und genug Platz für 4 Personen und Hund. Sehr gute Ausstattung insgesamt. Küche sehr gut bestückt, Netflix, WLAN, begehbare Kleiderschränke, Doppelwaschtisch im Bad, Waschmaschine, Trockner, Außenhaus mit Dusche, Toilette und Spüle. Poolreinigung nach einer Woche. Zu öffnender Wintergarten mit Esstisch. Nur 150 m von Strand und Küste entfernt. Ruhig auch zur Hauptsaison, allerdings wenig touristische Infrastruktur. Lediglich eine Bar mit Baguetteverkauf und ein Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar.

Excellent séjour

Le gîte est lumineux, propre et très bien équipé. La décoration est épurée et moderne. L'emplacement est vraiment idéal et les alentours sont magnifiques. La piscine chauffée est un vrai plus et la propriété est bien protégée avec des murs.

Ein wunderbarer Urlaub

Meine Familie hat den Urlaub in dem sehr schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen! Das Haus ist sehr schön und bietet alles was man sich gerne wünscht. Es ist hübsch eingerichtet und hat aller Geräte die man braucht. Alles war super sauber. Die Gastgeber, Fa. La Galle, waren sehr freundlich beim Empfang, alles ist total unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich natürlich den Pool, das ist besonders schön wenn man einfach mal schnell etwas Abkühlung haben möchte. Die Küste mit den Buchten und Stränden ist ganz wunderbar, sehr abwechlsungsreich mit großen, feinen Sandstränden aber auch interessante Felspartien. Wasser wie in der Karibik! Alles zusammen war es hervorragend und ich kann es nur empfehlen!

Top Lage und top Haus

Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Top Lage, da nur 5 min zum großen Strandabschnitt. Unsere Hunde und Kinder haben sich sehr wohlgefühlt. Das Highlight war natürlich der eigene Pool mit 28 Grad auch gut zu nutzen, wenn es nicht so warm war. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett, nur die angegebene Verständigung in englischer Sprache ging nur mit Übersetzer. Ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht haben wir die 2 Wochen sehr genossen.

Zeer comfortabel zomerhuis

Wij vonden het een fijn huis met veel luxe en natuurlijk heerlijk zwembad. De afgesloten tuin was ook heel fijn, vooral voor de hond. Communicatie met eigenaar was slecht. Op de site staat engels spreken, maar dat is niet zo. Alleen hun kinderen een beetje. Rest via google translate. De borg terug krijgen was een lastige, omdat we eerder vetrokken. Uiteindelijk wel gekregen via de bank.

Fantastic holiday home!

Lovely holiday home with a nice pool. Our 2 dogs loved having an enclosed garden to play in and we enjoyed being able to sit on the patio and watch the sunset over the pool. Good base for exploring this part of Brittany and in walking distance to a beach. Also not far from the lovely village of Plousecat. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return again some time. Thank you to the lovely hosts :)

Super vacances

Le logement est en tout point conforme à la description. Très bien équipé, décoré avec beaucoup de goût. La piscine est chauffée à 28 ° De magnifiques plages sont à deux pas. Nous avons été très bien accueilli par les propriétaires. Je recommande vivement cette location pour passer de super vacances

Agréable séjour en Bretagne, région à découvrir pour les personnes aimant la nature. Habitation proche de Roscoff et de l'île de Batz. Les plages sont magnifiques pour les amateurs de photographies et de peinture.
