This is our 5th time to rent this property. We love everything about it: the location for bike riding, the roominess and loveliness of the decor, the ease of communication with the owner and caretaker, the well appointed kitchen, the outdoor space for grilling and eating, and having washing machine and clothesline! What more can I say. We will most likely return for a sixth time next year!

Fabulous house in the Vaucluse

We love this house, and this was our 3rd year to stay there. The setting is beautiful with easy access to cycling. The house is beautifully decorated and has a fully equipped kitchen. The property manager is very helpful!

Lovely house in La Roque Alric

This was our 4th year to stay in this house, so that alone should say something! The house itself is wonderful with a well appointed kitchen and a lovely outdoor setting. The living area is large and comfortable and the very construction of the house is perfect for separation if there is more than one couple.

A treasure in the Vaucluse

This house not only provides a perfect location for cycling, it also provides a comfortable and artful living space with spectacular views. The kitchen is well appointed; bedrooms are separate with their own bathrooms, making it a very comfortable space for us. This was our second year to stay there, and we are hoping to make it a third next year.

Wonderful House

Beautiful home with an amazing location. The evening sunsets over the Dentelles and the village above were nothing short of spectacular. Lots of hiking paths nearby. The house is on a main cycling route with quiet roads through the hills. Excellent communication with Maria, the owner. Brigita, the local rep lives in the village, speaks English and was very responsive to our needs. If you stay here you won't regret it!!

Stunning private location

This property is located in a beautiful part of Provence with some wonderful walks plus attractive towns and villages to explore. The lovely small L'Acacia restaurant in La Roque-Alric is worth a visit. Nearby Beaumes-des-Venise has a good supermarket and boulangerie. The ever-changing view of the Dentelles from the lounge window was always a pleasure. Very awkward entrance steps to the house. The smaller bedroom and bathroom of the property is unattractive. Maybe too many personal items left around in the house? Well-equipped with glasses, crockery, cooking pans etc. Plenty of hot water and towels. Pleasant shaded garden area outside for relaxing and evening drinks.

Ungewöhnliches Haus mit wundervollen Ausblicken

Neben den schönen Ausblicken auf die Dentelles de Montmirail, Le Roque-Alric selbst und in die unmittelbare waldige Umgebung hat uns ganz besonders auch die sehr persönliche Einrichtung des Hauses gefallen, die etwas von der Eigentümerschaft spürbar werden liess. Die äusserst ruhige Lage als guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge in den Dentelles sowie das nahe gelegene ausgezeichnete Dorfrestaurant trugen zu einem idealen Ferieneinstieg in der Provence bei!

Prachtig en bijzonder huis

We hebben dit huis voor de tweede keer geboekt en het weerzien was net zo prettig als de eerste keer. Het blijft een bijzonder huis, mooi vormgegeven met veel ruimte en van alle gemakken voorzien. Ook van de prachtige omgeving hebben we voorlopig nog geen genoeg! We komen graag nog eens een derde keer terug.

Comme elle est toute en verre il y fait tres chaud La clim dans 1 chambre est une clim portative qui prend de la place et n'est pas tres active Attention les heures de départ et d'arrivée indiquées par Abritel sont aberrantes : si on les suit les nouveaux peuvent arriver à 8 h et cohabiter avec vous jusqu'a 18 h heure maxi de départ Le code internet est faux aussi sur le site Sinon très sympa surtout si on aime la nature et les livres et.... les moustiques

Maison parfaite dans un cadre exceptionnel

Comme bien visible sur les photos, la maison et le cadre sont simplement magnifiques, au cœur de la Provence, à proximité du ventoux, des dentelles de Montmirail, etc. Maison extrêmement bien équipée et tenue avec grand soin et surtout avec goût. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Fantastische week gehad in een uniek onder architectuur gebouwd huis. Privacy, rust en prachtig uitzicht. De Vaucluse is enorm mooi. We hebben met volle teugen genoten en komen zeker graag terug.

Individuelles Haus in einer wunderschönen Gegend

Fantastic house in the hills

The house is a beautifully designed, modern house with fantastic views of the surrounding hills and the nearby village. Large and smaller picture windows abound. The caregiver and property owner were generous, kind, and easily reached. Roque Alric has a wonderful restaurant, and the villages nearby offer very good food, typical of the Vaucluse. Naturally, we ate well and every meal, whether at home or in a restaurant, was a treat. The house and kitchen were well equipped. Everything worked well. Plenty of nearby villages to visit and hike nearby. Overall, this was an ideal stay in the French countryside. We would be happy to return to this house.

Built interestingly by an architect

The floor plan provided a lot of privacy for two couples. Both the bedrooms were really separate buildings closely connected to the central living room and kitchen. The kitchen was awesome; obviously the owners like to cook. There was all manner of equipment for us to play with. The windows were excellently placed to frame views of the town and the Dentelles de Montmirail. We enjoyed watching them change colors during the day, and the town was charmingly lit at night.

A Lovely house near La Roque -Alric

This house offers a wonderful location both for biking in a spectacular hilly and wooded area complete with vineyards and a place to relax outside. It comes with a well appointed kitchen in which we prepared many meals. The three bedrooms, separated with their own bathrooms, allowed us two couples some separation and privacy when needed. We enjoyed our time and would gladly return to the same house another year.

Beautiful quiet sanctuary in remote progence

Beautiful property in quaint village in center of it all in Provence. 12k to base of Mont Ventoux and 10 mins drive to vineyards is the perfect property for rest, relaxation, wine touring and cycling.

Relaxing home with picturesque views and a fantastic kitchen.

This home in Laroque-Alric is a relaxing place in a beautiful setting. With comfortable beds, peaceful outdoor dinning, incredible gardens and the best equipped kitchen we have ever used in our 20 years of traveling, it is a pleasurable stay. Wake up to the sweet view of Laroque-Alric and the local vineyards, olive trees and Gêne (beautiful yellow flower).

Vertrauensvolle Gastfreundschaft in außergewöhnlichem Feriendomizil

Wir haben über Ostern eine Woche und diesem wunderschönen und ansprechenden Ferienhaus verbracht. Erholung pur in einzigartiger Umgebung- Ideal für Wander- oder Fahrradurlaub- oder einfach zum Ausspannen. Das Haus ist architektonisch einzigartig, lichtdurchflutet, hell und freundlich und umfassend ausgestattet. (noch besser als in der Beschreibung angegeben). Ein Ferienhaus mit so viel Geschirr, mit solch hochwertigen Pfannen und Töpfe haben wir noch nie erlebt. Herzlichen Dank an Marie für das Vertrauen ihr Equipment mit uns zu teilen. Wunderschön ist auch der Ausblick von den Sofas auf die umliegenden Berge und die Natur. Der Aufenthalt macht einfach Spaß und ist Balsam für die Seele. Wir sind Nichtraucher! Obwohl lt. Anzeige das Rauchen erlaub ist, riecht es im Haus nirgends nach Zigarettenqualm. Vielen Dank an Marie für die schönen Tage. Wir kommen auf alle Fälle wieder. Hinweis: Aufgrund der Lage (am Hang) und der Aufteilung (2. Schlafzimmer ist in einem separaten Gebäude) ist das Haus für Familien mit Kleinkindern und ggf. für Personen mit eingeschränkter Mobilität nicht zu empfehlen.
