This spacious villa includes, on the ground floor, a living room area with television, dining room, with decorative fireplace opening onto a south-facing terrace. A kitchen equipped with a gas stove (oven and hob), microwave, toaster, filter coffee maker and a Nespresso (small capsules). A laundry room with fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer.
A bedroom with 1 single bed and its bathroom. A separate toilet.
Upstairs, a bedroom with 1 160 cm bed and cupboard and its adjoining bathroom, two bedrooms each with 1 140 cm bed and cupboard, a bedroom with 2 90 cm beds and cupboard and a fifth bedroom with a 90 cm bed and cupboard, opening onto a large terrace. Bathroom, separate WC.
Outside, you will benefit from a large terrace with its furniture and its plancha.
A fully enclosed sloping garden, possibility of parking two cars in the driveway.
Pets allowed. Wifi. The electricity package is charged in addition to the accommodation cost and is automatically stated in the contract for the periods from January 1st to mid-June and from September to December.
