Very clean, good location

Loved the location of the house and the cleanliness. We're used to a more softer mattress and pillows. Also, we were not informed the washer and dryer was out of order.

Clean roomy house

I stayed here with two friends and one of their teenage daughters. The house is roomy and spotlessly clean. The front porch and back yard are nice for morning coffee chats. We had a great time here and recommend for your group.

Great house - excellent communication as advertised!

I cannot say enough about the host’s communication it was top notch. We needed to adjust and the host did an excellent job helping us. The house is very close to a Dollar general, a super market and a couple fast food and gas stations. About 10 minutes to Methodist University and other shopping etc. about 15 minutes to the main Fayetteville mall and shopping areas. Additionally would take us 10-15 minutes to Ft Liberty (Bragg). The house was great and as listed. Has normal wear and tear but served all we needed. Could have benefited from a desk in my opinion but that said none was advertised so not as if I expected one just wished it had one. We had a great time and would definitely stay here again.

Nice and relaxing home

We rented for a week to visit family in the area. I loved the location. In a quite neighborhood with easy access to town. The house was comfortable and was perfect for us. The host was great and had good communication with us. All of us had a great time in the house and the area. This place is on the top of the list for us on a return visit.

Great house for family rendezvous

The location of the house was very convenient to nearby grocery store, restaurants, shopping and airport. It is in a quiet neighborhood with woods behind backyard. We ate out, so didn't really use the kitchen, but seemed to have all the necessities. Beds were comfortable, showers good, and our kids who flew in from Germany, appreciated the washer and dryer. Easy to access with code lock.

Enjoyed our stay!

We had a few days notice for a quick trip to Fayetteville and I found this home. The owners were quick to respond to all of my questions,, check in was a breeze, it is in a wonderful neighborhood and convenient to anything you might need. And anyone wanting to be close to Fort Bragg this is the house for you!

Outstanding home

Staying in this home was an amazing experience, Sarah stayed in contact with me throughout the rental process and ensured everything was good to go for our arrival. The bedrooms are spacious, as with the living room with a nice sized TV to enjoy movies. Overall I will definitely book this home in the future whenever I'm back in town. The neighborhood is very quiet which is a plus.

Nice and clean home, quiet neighborhood

The house was nice and accommodated our needs. This was our first time renting with VRBO and booked last minute, had no issues with checking in. The host Sarah was very helpful and always communicated with us. We did have a couple issues but Sarah and her husband resolved them quickly. One thing I’d recommend is putting more than one tv in the house as the only tv is in the living room and none in the bedrooms. Also, I’d recommend upgrading the washer and dryer, but they got the job done. Other than that we absolutely enjoyed our stay here!!

Felt like home

We loved staying here! The home was very nice and held our family of 7 very well. It felt just like home the whole time. The owners were very nice and attentive to our questions and very willing to help us! I would definitely recommend this house, and would love to stay here again!

Clean and comfortable

This is a very nice house to stay in. It’s clean and comfortable and the neighborhood is very quiet. We spent two nights here while we visited our son who is stationed at Pope AAF.
