Overpriced with extra fees compared to places down the road, lacking maintenance.

Quiet, moderately clean but dirty in other areas. Over priced compared to other properties available down road. Sauna was tore apart and pool had black slime. Smelled like cigarrettes and overall we wont go back.

The place was ok....good enough to sleep at. I was grateful weather was good. The TV was outdated so if I was stuck indoors might have been a dissapointment. Toilet overflowed upon arrival & We did have an incident with getting locked out in the screen room but was ae to ge ahold of company easy enough! (glad I had my cell phone lol) Overall worked out and went to beach and had fun in Wells :)

Great stay in a great location

Would definitely recommend this stay! Clean, easy check-in and exactly as described. Close to the beach (5min drive), the "downtown" area and to a couple of grocery stores.

Highly recommend

This unit was great, it was very clean. There wasn't anything fancy but it had everything we needed. You can tell the owners put care into it as the pots/pans, bedding, pillows, outdoor patio furniture was all brand new. The beds were very very comfortable.

A few quirks, but fine

Had a small incident where we were both locked out on the screened in porch, but a neighbor called the property manager and he let us out in no time. The latch on the porch door was loose. Place was clean, comfortable, in good shape, and served us well otherwise.

Disappointing vacation

When we arrived at this location our room was not clean...There was trash left near the edge of the bed. There was an empty caulking tube under the bed, along we with a womans tank top. So I had to start out by cleaning top to bottom.. ..Our email said the only wifi was at the clubhouse, but the club house was closed. But it also listed a network with a password, which was available, but the password didn't work and we did have a wifi router in our room. That made it tough with our twin 15 year old boys the entire time we were there. The furniture on the outside patio was not safe to use. The table was falling apart and the cheap plastic chairs were not comfortable. Upon a trip back from the beach the downstairs neighbor asked us to turn off our AC unit as it was leaking causing damage to their porch. We had to use a pan which needed to be emptied 3 times a day. Our weather was in the 90s so we needed the AC. The silverware was at best dollar store material and falling apart. This condo could be a nice spot with some updates and a good deep cleaning. This was our only get away this year due to COVID 19....not a very good one😔

We left early, not for us

The condo was easy to access and close to the beaches, but otherwise not for us. There was a musty odor when we walked in and in the kitchenette some sort of rancid odor. The pillows were hard, the couch was not comfortable, and the deck, which was the nicest spot, had a railing right at eye height so you couldn't see anything but the screen and the dead bugs that were wedged in the corners of the screen. We left after one night and went somewhere else.

Kids loved the pool, room was clean, beds were comfortable. No complaints other than communication about check out. The emails gave no instructions but there was a binder in the room that told us to leave the key in the drop box at the club house, except there was no drop box and no one working at the club house to ask. A little frustrating when we're packed up and ready to go. So that should be cleared up for future guests.
