We had a great weekend stay, the beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and the host was helpful in answering any of our questions. We would definitely stay again.

Comfy beds, a kitchen, and great access to the slopes! We took advantage of the shuttle to Holiday Valley so some of our family could head back and rest in front of the fire as needed.

Bill and Donna were excellent hosts. They were quick at responding to any questions we had both leading up to and during our stay. The condo was well equipped and we are already planning a future stay next time we come to Ellicottville.

Great place to stay

We stayed there for a ski weekend. The place was comfortable and convenient to Holiday Valley. We had everything that we needed, and the hosts communicated very well. We had a wonderful stay.

Family ski weekend

Our family had a great time at the condo over Presidents’ Day! The condo is situated in a great location, complete with a free shuttle to and from holiday Valley. Close to town and all the fun restaurants!The condominium was very clean, and well appointed. Excellent communication with the owners. We will look forward to staying again in the future.

Well located ski condo, close to slopes and town. Comfortable and well stocked. Owner was very easy to deal with and was proactive in communicating. Would recommend for a small group.

Post-Christmas Ski Weekend

Great, clean house located in a short distance from the slopes. Was well stocked in the kitchen, with towels, and other essentials. Owners were excellent with communication and very gracious. The weather wasn’t optimal for late December but we made the most of Ellicottville, skiing and enjoying the property. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Wonderful place for a small family

The unit was tidy and inviting - very charming. It had all the basic necessities for cooking for our kids and the washer and dryer look brand new. Our kids were thrilled with the bunk bed, and it was nice to be close to them but still have our own little alcove around the corner/a small living room downstairs to watch a movie after they had gone to sleep. We would definitely stay again :)
