Birthday getaway

Me and 6 of my friends stayed for my birthday and had the best time in Nashville. The house had so much space for all of us to stay and felt like home! Definitely recommend this house.

Girls Trip WIN!

We absolutely loved this property! It fit all our needs perfectly! We had a group of 10 women and we all enjoyed the space (especially the BEAUTIFUL kitchen!) Highly recommend!

Excellent accomodations for large group

The property was an excellent place to accomodate my wife and I and 7 relatives in town for a wedding. The only hitch was that the address given in communications was for a mailing address(?) and made it confusing to identify the correct unit when we first arrived. Otherwise this accommodation worked very very well for a large group. Decor is elegant and well done. Management was always very quick to respond to questions.

Weekend Trip

The property was cleaned and had everything we needed. Check in and out process was easy and well communicated. We had a great experience at this location! Perfect distance from Broadway and other areas of downtown Nashville.

Exceeded expectations!

The house was nicer than expected, the beds were very comfortable, and it was in a great location. The check in process was very easy and the property manager was extremely responsive and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Weekend with my best friend in Nashville

The property is excellent! It is decorated very nice and there is plenty of room. The townhouse is huge and very comfortable. My friend and I especially enjoyed the make-up room and roof top deck. The check in process was very easy and everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a five star stay in Nashville.

Great stay

House was great! We had a small issue with the AC and the property manager was amazing with communication and worked with us to get everything fixed ASAP and was very respectful of our time and space. House is in a prime location and was very convenient to everything we needed. I will definitely rent this property again!

Great stay next to Belmont U

We loved this townhouse! We were surprised to find it's bigger than the photos make it out to be - it just kept going and going as we climbed the stairs to the roof deck. The bedrooms are generous, each with an ample bathroom. All beds except for the king in the primary bedroom are trundle pullouts with foam mattresses that were actually very comfortable. The house is on a busy street with two of the bedrooms facing and the third in the back, but that didn't seem to bother us even though we have some light sleepers. The garage level bedroom has a window well, so the street noise is muffled.From the house we walked through Belmont University to see the Gallery of Iconic Guitars (it's cool, check it out!), to Vanderbilt University, to the village; it's a great neighborhood. We would stay here again if we're in Nashville!

Amazing Property

The Gulch is a great location. The house was absolutely beautiful with great outdoor space. It was clean and we had one hiccup which was taken care of immediately. The property manager answered all my questions prior to reserving. I would highly recommend this property to a large group of friends or family.

Beautiful House!

I rented this property for a group of 6 women. Everything was beautiful, clean and had everything we needed. Looked just like the pictures although bigger in person! The directions were very clear and easy. The area felt safe but still close to Broadway. The host was very responsive and helpful. Thank you so much!!

Amazing Place! Exceeded Expectations!

The other reviews are right; the photos do not do it justice! My visit was a group of 9 girls and it was perfect. 3 full bathrooms, excellent closet space, well stocked kitchen - I could go on! Great location as well, walkable to plenty and a super quick Uber to other top spots. Can't recommend it enough.

Great weekend stay!

This property was the perfect place in Nashville for my 6 friends and I. Everyone had their own bed and 3 full baths and an additional 1/2 bath was a plus as well! Would definitely recommend this place to anyone I know and would stay here again if I visit Nashville. In a great neighborhood and a short Uber ride to broadway. Used scooters to some neighborhoods outside of broadway.

Very Pleased!

Check in was a breeze! Codes & directions were given well in advance. Pictures did not do this townhouse justice! Absolutely beautiful and open downstairs floor plan was awesome! Very nice neighborhood & easy Uber ride to Broadway. Would definitely stay here again!

Property was perfect. A little hard to locate the garage in the dark. Directions should have been more clear with getting there than just address.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Splendor & Style Nashville Indeed

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a lovely stay. The home was very nice and comfortable for our group. It is a short walk to the 12 South and Belmont neighborhoods, a short drive/Uber to The Gulch and Downtown. Garage space and parking were excellent.Some constructive feedback:- Home is not really suitable for groups larger than 6 or 7 (max: 3 couples)- Would be nice to add surround sound speaker system so guests can listen to music throughout house (i.e., in kitchen or on either deck)- Light in master bath's shower did not work.- Random person off street came knocking on Wedgewood door (minor security risk)- Greeted by finding a few dead bugs lying around house- Roof deck is great but we would have enjoyed it more if the propane tanks had not been empty

Nashville Getaway

We decided to go to Nashville and explore versus a beach vacation last minute and the manager was very accommodating and professional. The property was very clean and unique in that it is 3 living levels and then the rooftop. Every bedroom had its own beautiful bathroom so that made it very nice for having own space. There are a lot of stairs so just be sure nine has an issue with stairs. Kitchen did not have any basic supplies- like salt and pepper packets, sugar packets so be sure to bring your own. They did provide some Keurig pods which was nice. The location I thought was more walkable but it’s not, which was ok because we had a car. Nashville is growing tremendously and lots of construction so all different areas have good and bad. It’s only a 5 minute drive to downtown. The way you approach this rental is from a back entrance /alley so it’s weird at first, that’s the only thing I didn’t like.

50+ girls trip to Nash

Honestly, we all agreed that this was one of our favorite and top notch places we have staye dover the years! All the small things add up to alot! Comfort in beds & bedding! Blankets, towels, full kitchen, all the extras, great decor, mirrors etc & layout to accommodate a large group. Great location! Overall super great hosts and we really appreciated our stay!
