Walk into a meticulously maintained home with a lovely modern aesthetic! Family gatherings, corporate retreats, reunions, getaway with friends, you name it, this luxury 4 bedroom and 4 bathroom home has an open floor plan and can easily accommodate any sized group! The living room, dining room and kitchen are fully equipped to give you all the comforts of home! Our home has it all and is beautifully decorated with designer touches. You'll enjoy an inviting living room and a complete kitchen with a full set of appliances. If you're planning some home cooked meals, our space is perfect!

The beds are luxurious and comfy and bathrooms have state of the art finishes. There is also Wi-Fi, a television equipped with Netflix, complimentary coffee, and not to mention, a rooftop deck!

Enjoy your meals in the spacious dining area or chill and watch some TV in the living room! On a quiet afternoon, unwind at the deck with your loved ones and get a fantastic view, and at the end of a lively night or a long day, top it off by relaxing on one of the memory foam beds that's suited to give you the best sleep! Intentionally designed to suit any occasion, this house is perfect for your stay in Nashville and can accommodate up to 12 guests comfortably.
To Note:
- Parking: Parking space for 1 vehicle on the parking pad, plus street parking.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 21.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that is under 30 lbs and non- shedding (up to 2 dogs). If your pup fits that criteria, we'd love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn't happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.

This place is beautiful, spacious, and clean. Although the weather kept us from walking downtown; we had a beautiful view of downtown from the rooftop at night. The house is very accommodating and everyone has space without being on top of each other. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need, including coffee. There are security cameras outside and we felt very safe. Parking is very convenient.The host is easily reachable with just a text. Loved it!

This was a lovely home and was absolutely perfect for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration. It was immaculate and had a very easy check in. The hosts were quick to answer any of my needs and were extremely responsive. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The decor was beautiful. Highly recommend and we can't wait to go back!

Property was beautiful and well appointed. Rooms were very comfortable. Rooftop patio was awesome! The host was very communicative and check-in/out was simple. When I booked I thought this was a duplex with shared rooftop, but it was actually the whole house with private rooftop patio. Lots of outdoor space for our dog (as well as Urban Dog Bar a short drive away!). Quick ubers to Broadway!

Nashville Friends Trip

Our stay was great. Comfortable beds. There is a family dollar and liquor store within in walking distance. We Ubered to Broadway street, took about 5minutes to walk about 20 min.
