Girls Trip Was Okay.

Our stay was nice but it was a bit inconvenient that most the outlets in the bathrooms didn't work. We had 11 of us for a girls weekend and everyone was getting ready in the primary bedroom because the outlets for hair dryers couldn't be used in the other rooms.

Loved it, but miscount of rooms.

Easy checkin. Everything was in working condition, clean, enjoyed the 6 PM late checkout, great location w plenty of grocery stores nearby. The only thing is the rooms and bathrooms aren’t listed correctly. It currently shows 6 rooms and 4.5 bath, but there are only 5 rooms and 2.5 bath, so one of my guests had to sleep on the couch. Other than that, everything was great!

Perfect Stay

Our staff enjoyed this space during our annual Staff Retreat! Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and the area had lots of shopping options. Other than one night with loud dogs, the remainder of the stay was quiet and peaceful.

Mostly good but a few things fell short

The stay was OK. A few things fell short which was disappointing: - The pool was not heated to the complimentary 78 degrees. It was cold. Heating the pool was far too expensive, timely and inconvenient that the jacuzzi would not be hot. - Cable was not working - Washing Machine is not working properly. It only fills to the level of a small load - There could have been more pool towels - The Master bed was extremely loud with every little move and felt like really cheap - mattress, pillows and bedding. - There were no horseshoes

Indian Wells Tennis Adult Group Trip 2019

Home is located in beautiful, gated community. The rental company is very responsive to emails/text messages and meets with you when you arrive to show you around the house. The house is well stocked with dishes, silverware, glasses, cooking pots & pans. Three bedrooms have their own bathrooms (including the casita), three bedrooms have to share a bathroom. Lovely backyard with ping pong table and heated spa. Garage is empty and can fit 3 cars. Driveway can fit another 3 cars. Living room has comfortable sectional and flat screen t.v. Plenty of plush towels for bathrooms and pool towels were supplied. It would be nice if the owner supplied kleenix since we had none. There were some leaky faucets which owner was planning to fix. Casita door lock needs attention. Bedroom near kitchen doesn't have a closet or a place to hang your clothes. Overall - we had a lovely stay and would return.

Vacation Interrupted

When we first arrived at this destination, we used the codes given to us for the entrance gate, but it did not work. We had to call and wait for them to reset the code. The front door code did not work either. The house was nice and there were plenty of amenities. However, there was no horseshoe area so to say. The horseshoes were buried under the dirt. There were water balloon remnants all over the backyard and trash in the bushes. In addition, as you sat in the jacuzzi or pool at night, rats would run through the bushes. The property management stressed how important it was to be quiet during certain hours, but that did not go for the gardeners or maintenance being done everyday at 7am. The blowers were faithfully run almost all day. At one point, they were using a chainsaw for an extended amount of time. This was everyday The last frustrating thing was on our last day, the pool man came at 12pm. He should have come after the last occupants left, the pool was cloudy and dirty, but it was hot and we just wanted to get in. We were then unable to use the pool for an hour after he left. He was there for an hour. While the pool guy was there the gardener came. The property strictly forbids smoking, which is essential for my daughters health, but there he was in the backyard unannounced smoking. We were wanting to use the pool and he wanted to blow the debris, mow the lawn, hedge the bushes. It was a complete invasion of privacy. I immediately called the property manager and her response was they are trying to reach him, 3 hours later he was still there. He finally left when we asked him to stop. However, when he left, he left the side gate wide open and the front gate to the house wide open. The side gate was propped open with a rock. We had kids there and the security of the house was completely gone. I texted the property manager about this issue and my concerns, I even sent her pictures, she NEVER acknowledged or responded to my concerns. Needless to say our last day was not our day, it was the gardener and pool man's day. It would have been great if they would have at least acknowledged our concerns. Not staying here ever again. Besides, the ridiculous amount of owner fees is absolutely not worth it.

Spring Break get away

We were very happy with the property. We had a large group and had enough room for everyone. Wifi was limited in parts of the house so anyone needing to work was in the main living area which was difficult for the others having to be quiet in kitchen and living room. Pool was wonderful. The cost to heat it seemed rather excessive but we opted for it and did heat it throughout our stay. Neighborhood was nice and safe. Wish there were more seasonings for cooking as having to buy those for each guest seems unnecessary since no one would go through a bottle and would have liked at least 2 dish towels in the kitchen. One isn't sufficient. Would definitely rent there again.
