Newly remodeled kitchen was very nice and spacious for all of us to be together.We took advantage of the spa. It was too cold to go in the pool but it looked very nice.All the rooms were accommodating and almost all has a private bathroom.

Great location and House!

This property is perfect if you are in La Quinta for a golf trip. Right on the PGA West Norman course, the house is great and the hosts are quick to reply.

This house was amazing !!! The pictures on here don’t show half of what is going on .This property and all the homes around it are over two million dollars all of house are maintained and the street was quite and beautiful. I slept so well . The house is huge and the detail in the architecture design is beautiful. We had so much room , 9 people and everyone had a private bathroom. The master bedroom is huge . The house was built in the early 2000 and some stuff is worn out . The furniture is very good quality and super comfortable a little aged but , I rather sit on this some flimsy Amazon furniture that breaks if someone uses it . Overall I would be so happy and grateful if I can stay there again . Everyone in my group loved the stay as well .

PGA West beauty.

This home has it all. It is a beautiful home and perfect for multiple couples or a boys golf trip. Every room having its own bathroom was perfect. Large and spacious and the backyard was perfect.

Had a group of 8 adults for a quick weekend in La Quinta. Very clean and well kept property (exactly as advertised). Great communication with property manager. Would definitely stay again.

Good Family House

The house is beautiful and in a great location. A safe, well cared for neighborhood in beautiful La Quinta. Every bedroom has its own bathroom along with an additional powder room near the garage. Cleanliness and maintenance left a little to be desired. Several lightbulbs need to be replaced and several daddy long leg spiders were seen making homes for themselves inside the house. But the bedding and towels were clean, there were plenty of extra blankets and towels available, and a fully stocked kitchen.

Photos look better than actual house

While we enjoyed our stay, somethings were low quality. Bathroom mats dirty, towels poor quality, kitchen pans poor quality, not enough chairs for kitchen table, doors on bedroom closets in some rooms don’t open or fit properly.

Nice Property needs to be managed

Great location and Large property. Not well managed. The foliage around the property is not well maintained and a lot of debris around the walk ways and out door patio. Our group of guys saw a mouse in the kitchen a couple times during our three day stay. additionally we saw a mouse in the grill one night we used it. Pool and spa was very nice with a great view.

I would not stay at this property at the present condition and amenities.I know pictures are always showing it fresh but I'm being charged hefty amounts for cleaning and a lot of areas were not clean.Couple of the beds were old and uncomfortable, especially the master bdr. No amenities for the pool, torn poolside cushion and dusty lounge cushions, poor choices for the kitchen.Now it's clear why it had less than average reviews. This is my honest opinion. Thanks for listening.

Great house Bad Shape

House needs a good deep cleaning. Stains on sheets, towels, walls etc. Dishes , Pots & Pans worn, ice maker in Bar doesn't work. Patio furniture is a wreck, cushions are filthy & don't fit. Pool table is worn & Dirty. It's really too bad because it's a really cool house that needs alot of TLC. This is a 1 star in the 5 star vacation line up.

A lot of deferred maintenance

The property is on the Indio side of La Quinta in an attractive gated neighborhood community about 10 minutes from La Quinta village. The owners do not appear to be maintaining the property: neither garage door worked, the BBQ was mostly non-functional, 1 exterior door didn't lock and many doors/locks are hard to open and close. The jacuzzi operated intermittently, toilets all need servicing (don't flush, run, etc.) and upstairs sink drain backs up quickly. Even several trees in the yard are dying. It's roomy, with a nice kitchen and a nice layout, and with some TLC/maintenance assumed it's a pleasant place to hang out.
