Great location with beach access

Our family enjoyed staying at the residence for several nights. The nice beach was easily accessible and the accommodations were great. Second floor apartment with a nice balcony view of the garden and pool. Quite residence and comfortable beds. Definitely need a car to get around as walking on the road would be difficult and most restaurants and shops are not within walking distance. Would recommend for families or couples.

Great beach location

We stayed here on the first leg of our visit to Tahiti so were just getting oriented. Great location for hikes and activities to the south in particular.Best part is the location along a beautiful beach with fantastic snorkeling and sand. The pool is huge which our kids loved but we spent most of the time at the beach. You can just walk out and snorkel. Amazing!The unit is a good size and the large deck was wonderful for relaxing and meals. Kitchen has necessary supplies. We had trouble figuring out the TVs a bit, but maybe that was us!Laundry is small and dryer didn't work very well but we could line dry so it was fine. Towels are provided which is good. Bring toiletries otherwise. Pool noodles were great for our daughter to use snorkeling.Seems like most of the units in the building are full time residents or empty. A few were a little shabby on the end near the beach, but didnt really impact our experience.We had a confusing checkin. Follow the instructions exactly. Once we figured it all out it was clear but we arrived after our flight in the dark and had trouble finding our unit. We were able to reach out to property management for help and they were immediately responsive to assist so it all worked out!

The residence is beautiful. Grounds & pool were amazing.

Spacious place with amenities. It was nice to have a washer as my luggage arrived late & was wet. Hosts were very helpful & accommodating. Helped with getting our luggage to us as all 3 of us didn’t receive our luggage. This is a gated residence with private access to the beach thus you need to make sure you have the keys & gate opener when leaving or could be difficult to get in & out. Not an issue for us other than having to go get the luggage from the front. Beach was nice & great for morning walks. I would definitely stay here again for the beautiful pool, grounds, & amazing Terrace. We arrived after check in but the hosts were very accommodating. Easy to communicate with on what’s app. Wi-Fi worked well. Air conditioning was a nice amenity for sleeping. Location was easy to get around the island & close to supermarket. I would stay here again. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Perfection at Punaauia

Tout est parfait L’emplacement est merveilleux, le calme parfait! Le condo est tout simplement magnifique, les lits sont très confortables, on a tout ce qu’on a besoin dans le condo. A 10 min du carrefour pour aller faire l’épicerie Le condo est sur Une des plus belles, sinon la plus belle plage de Tahiti. Un petit coin de paradis ! La piscine tout simplement wow!! L’arrivée a était compliquée 3 h du matin. Mais au réveil , quel spectacle ,l’appartement et la terrasse dans ce cadre de verdure luxuriante on en a plein les yeux . Et en suite le calme, les oiseaux et le bruit de l’eau (la piscine) qui coule très reposant. La plage est très agréable . Séjour PARFAIT

Beautiful Place!

We choose this place because we had stayed here before and knew what we were going to enjoy. No changes whatsoever. It was just as nice as it was when we stayed in this condo 3 years ago. Excellent apartment, great service

We loved the apartment. The beach was excellent and so was the huge pool. The apartment is well maintained, the kitchen was great and the A/C made the stay very comfortable. La plus belle plage de Tahiti

Appartemement conforme aux photos. Petit bémol sur le ménage d'entrée qui à été rapidement réglé par l'agence. Vous disposerez de tout l'équipement nécessaire pour un. séjour parfait. La mer à cette période de l'année est chaude et l'eau de la piscine à 35 degré!! Il y a un petit magasin à 10mn pour vos courses également. Nous reviendrons sans aucune hésitation.

Nous sommes ravis de notre sėjour au Carlton sunset beach. Que du bonheur d'avoir tout à proximité : la piscine, la plage (lagon magnifique a portée de palem) et la douche après la plage! L'appartement est fort agréable et très bien équipé (excepté l'aspirateur). Il serait juste appreciable d'avoir moins d'affaires des propriétaires dans l'appartement (photos!). Vraiment, nous recommandons l'appartement et la résidence. Famille avec deux enfants ado.

Way better than expected.

Absolutely wonderful place and setting. Private, quiet, steps to the beach. Beautiful was pool and the beach is even better. Loved our stay and will come back! Snorkeling on one of most preserved reefs I've ever seen. And I've been all over the world.
