Property was clean and ready for guests - owner provided extras like toilet paper, hand soap, and paper towels, which is a win. Lots of extra blankets available. Some treats/goodies out for the kids. Charles was easy to get ahold of and had good communication. Best part was the less than 5 minute drive home after a long day walking around the Ark Encounter! Highly recommend for a family to stay!

Quiet and a feel of home. Brought back memories of my grandparents home that my sister and I loved to stay each summer when school was out.We liked the rotary phone and antique radio.We would stay again and recommend to others if looking to stay in the area.

This property is clean and adorable. The furniture and decor make you feel like you’re home. The kitchen has what you need. The beds are comfortable. The owners are very easy to get in contact with and are quick to respond.

Excellent place!So perfect for visiting The ARK Encounter. We enjoyed an extended stay there during our volunteer time at The ARK...our third year in a row to stay there. Handy, private, safe, clean and just a delight.

This is a nice, clean little house in a quiet neighborhood. It’s close to the Ark Encounter. Charles is very friendly and quick to answer any questions. We enjoyed our stay.

We loved the charm and cleanliness of this well-kept home in a clean and family-friendly neighborhood. We all felt like we were visiting grandma’s house with the neat vintage furniture in the kitchen and the country charm throughout the house. We enjoyed the large trees, green grass and sitting on the front porch drinking our coffee. It was the perfect location for our family trip to the Ark Encounter.

The house was very cute and charming. Nice and clean, didn't have to worry about cleaning up anyone else's mess. Host very easy to talk to. Close to down town and there is some great places to eat just a few minutes away.

Cozy at the Coop

We really enjoyed our stay here. Kids enjoyed games, teens enjoyed Netflix, my husband and I enjoyed the quiet serene nights on the porch. Charles was quickly available when needed.
