This 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a south facing private pool and games, equipment set up in the garage. Just 4 miles from Walt Disney. This property offers two spacious double bedrooms and two further bedrooms each with two twin beds. There is also a living room, well equipped kitchen and dining area.

Nestled in a quiet community setting with no through traffic, Indian Ridge is one of the closest rental home communities to Disney. It is located off the US 192 just 4 miles west of the junction with World Drive, Disney's main entrance.

This community features large homes in country-like setting within a walled neighborhood. The community features include several park areas, a large and private communal pool, a children's playground, tennis courts, football field and miles of paved jogging paths.

The brand new Palms Golf and Country Club is within walking distance and there are many excellent golf courses within minutes of Indian Ridge including Mystic Dunes, Falcons Fire, Championsgate and Orange Lake.

The home was not up to my standards.

The home was very big and roomer for my guest.. but when try to communicate with the owner about the AC they called from a private number also hung up and no one never called me back. Every room in the house was hot, the water didn't even get hot at all to take a shower.

Christmas vacation

Place was nice and spacious for me and my family. It was work being done that I wasn’t aware of but overall it was a great place to stay.

Maintenance

We didn't have wifi and the pool wasn't working, the water was green. They never fix the Internet or the pool for the week we stayed.

Needs Work

If you are up for a nostalgic stay dating to 1970 with cobwebs, roaches, a dirty pool and blinds that did not close; this is your place. Check in was seamless but the amenities were not as advertised. The property is in need of serious update and significant deep cleaning. There was piled up dirt on window ledges. Dirt and cobwebs on the light fixtures. The pool water was an algae color and there was dirt in the bottom of the pool. I wish I had the ability to post actual photos of the property.
