The villa was as described and with current photos as advertised. Living areas were comfortable and kitchen had everything that we needed. Pool area was fresh with nice loungers and patio set with parasol. Ideally located near restaurants and supermarket. Excellent and prompt communication from host made biggest difference. Recommended

We really enjoyed our week long stay. The property was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and Disney parks. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

The property was in a very peaceful residential street and it had everything we needed. 10mins from Disney and 40mins from Universal we chose the location because we love the area and there are plenty supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The host was great, really responsive and helpful pre visit. The property was well maintained, had every kitchen appliance you could need including an airfryer. It had way more space than we needed for a family of 4 with teenage kids and there was even a great games room in the garage. Our only recommendation (and its a minor one) would be to put in a pool fence so you dont need the door alarms. We know the alarms are a legal requirement but it just meant we couldn't leave a door open when accessing the pool area. The house was absolutely perfect for us and would highly recommend.

The house was lovely. It had so much to offer. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed even to cook a holiday meal. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. Lisa was incredible. She was quick to respond to any questions I had. The house is beautiful, exceptionally clean, and gave our family a place to call home during our Disney Vacation. It was very close to all the parks. Approximately 15 minutes depending on traffic. It is very close to restaurants and shopping. We even got a grocery delivery from Walmart. The pool was clean and the heat was a worthwhile addition. The beds and furniture are quite comfy and the game room was fun for all ages. A stay for us and we would definitely stay again.

The house was clean, comfortable, everything we needed for cooking was in the kitchen. ALL BEDS were comfortable. Nice quiet and safe neighborhood just minutes from Disney. Contact with owner while at destination was easy. Check-in was fast. Photos represent exactly the cleaniless of the place. I would definately rebook if needed. Don't hesitate...It's GREAT! Great Place & Location

This property is a great place to stay for families. It is well maintained and the pool area was really nice. The neighborhood is quiet and it's only minutes away from the parks. We would definitely stay here again when in Orlando.

Great House

This house was amazing. The pool was perfect to relax after a day of Universal. The kids enjoyed the game room in the garage and it was close to walmart and restaurants. Would 100% recommend.

Happy Visitor

The location was very good, all necessities and restaurants were bearby snd easy to get to. We had plenty of room for 4 adults and 2 young boys. The playroom was also a big plus.

Villa was exactly as advertised. We were very comfortable here and loved the pool area.

Perfect place!

We absolutely loved our stay here. Everything was clean and everything we needed was there. It was the perfect size for all of us. The location was excellent. It never took more than 15 minutes to get to the parks. Shopping and restaurants are close by. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone coming to Disney.
