Great place, great location

We stayed here for two nights. It was clean and comfortable and very close to where we were meeting the boat we were going fishing on. It’s also very very close to downtown so it was an easy walk. The view was nice. The only complaint, and it’s a minor one, is there was next to no cupboard space in the kitchen to put anything that we brought. So we ended up stacking it up on the counter. A minor inconvenience but an inconvenience nonetheless.

Lake Chelan Stay

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Clean condo with an excellent bed/mattress. Great A/C and not too loud. Nice sized, private balcony with good view. We enjoyed our stay.

Everything is as good as the pictures

The property is exactly what the site stated. You couldn't ask for a nicer or closer location to the lake. We had to wait longer for checking, but the property was amazing.

Perfect getaway

Property was exactly as described. Our favorite parts were the location, waterfront view, and cleanliness. Bedroom bed was also very comfy!

Super clean, convenient to downtown and beautiful view. We would most definitely rent it again!

Everything was almost perfect. A couple of free standing luggage racks and an additional towel bar in the bathroom would make the unit a 10!

Stay over Labor Day wknd 2024

Loved that we found this spot last minute and there were no hidden charges. This was our first time staying here and we loved loved our accommodations! Top floor, view of the lake, quick walk into town, place was spotless, and had every amenity you could think of to make your stay as comfortable as possible. The bed was very comfortable (even the murphy bed) Our only complaint was the pool was dirty with dead flies, water looked murky and the hot tub was cold and looked like dirty murky water as well. That didn’t deter us from enjoying our stay and I will 100% be back.

Hall ways extremely dirty…. No information about where trash stations are No phone number to talk to front desk. Needs a lot of improvement. Looks like a run down hotel.!!

The unit is upgraded and very comfortable! The mold we smelled in the bathroom is an issue. This is from water getting into the drywall around the tub.

Grandview Chelan Pre-Labor Day Weekday Stay

The Grandview is located on the waterfront of Lake Chelan at the end of the downtown area and just a short walk to the many shops and restaurants in the downtown area. Lake access is great with many ladders, docks and floating docks near the lake boundary. Bouys are available for boats, jet skis and other water craft at no charge. Condos have balconies with beautiful views of the lake and surrounding hills. Underground and ground level parking is available, but limited. Warm summertime temps and cool lake and pool water are an inviting combination. Pre-week stay was perfect as it avoided the large holiday crowds.

Great location and room!

Overall we had a great time and experience. The room itself was really clean. The grounds and pool area had seen some wear and tear.

Great location! Dated facilities.

Great location! Close to shopping and dining with amazing views of the lake! Facilities themselves were a little dated. Condo itself was very clean and updated with all the amenities we needed.

great stay

top floor listing with east check in and basic but all of the amenities we needed. the common areas of the property leave a lot to be desired - those were quite dirty and very crowded with drunk adults and unsupervised children. if you are looking to enjoy just the unit this is a great stay but i wouldn’t recommend the amenities.

Last minute girls trip!

We loved the location! Our view was great and the deck was nice. The room was well furnished and big enough room for the 3 of us. Comfy beds and nice linens. I noticed some areas of the room that weren't cleaned very well. Mainly dusting and just more attention to detail needed. The pool and hot tub were dirty and unusable. But that's not the fault of the owner in this case. Over all, it was a nice place for a long weekend getaway.
