Great little location for access to silver

We will definitely be back again. Even though we did not spend much time there, thought went into making this place cozy. The lights outside were bright so we were very thankful for the blackout blinds in the bedroom.

Not bad

Good area, clean. Good place to go on walks close to town. The bathroom door in the room was really squeaky so you if have young ones a challenge to use trying to not wake them up. Also the front door is really hard to open and shut. The hot tub water didn’t seem all that clean as well as the pool. Lots of kids splashing whole time till 10pm no way to really relax and soak in. Otherwise stay wood good.

This is an ideal location right on Lake Chelan and just steps away from the River Walk. Very easy to walk into town for dining , coffee or shopping . Surprisingly quiet for being close to the road. The bed and pillows were very comfortable and it was nice to have a balcony for morning coffee. Keep in mind this really is a studio- there is a mini fridge , coffee maker and microwave and it feels a little more like a hotel room than a condo . Regardless, a nice place to stay right on the lake .

Great place, close to downtown

Overall a good experience. We were just in town for a couple days, but the room was good. You overlook the water on the riverside and it's a very short walk downtown.

Perfect location

Location was excellent. Room clean, beds SUPER COMFY! Only a few things, all of which could be attended to to make the stay much better: Gnats will always be on the lake in swarms, there are no screens on the window or sliding glass door. This would make the stay much more pleasant and allow the glass door and window to be open for fresh air. There are zero bedside outlets for phones, etc. This could be addressed with bedside charging stations/outlets of some sort with cords run (not by the guests) from the hidden outlets to the bedside tables. The room sleeps four, but there are only two chairs in the deck to enjoy a place to sit, okay a game, take in the view. Thanks for a comfy place to sleep close to town with a nice water view!

The worst experience I have ever had

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very unhappy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The carpet and chair were so filthy the dirt transferred to clothing and that was just for starters. I am appalled that anyone would take that kind of unfair advantage of an outsider that would have no way of expecting that! I trusted you and am very sorry that I did. Yelp and my social media will be my next stop!

Unsatifactory stay

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I stayed at the Grandview a few years ago and had a wonderful stay. When I stayed this last weekend we had a poor experience. The furnishings in room 724 we in bad condition, the chair was ripped and too big for the space, it was difficult to get around and move around. The carpet was stained and dirty, I felt as though I had to wear shoes the entire time. The beds were uncomfortable. Do you clean the rooms daily? We stayed for two nights so I assumed the coffee would be replaced and the room would be cleaned on our second day. It was not. Overall, our stay was unsatisfactory.
