Complete lack of privacy and comfort

Rented the largest of the 2 listing because of the size of the beds, we had no where to sit together inside or be private. The owner is permanently around and we felt we were always looked on. The apartment was downstairs and the noise from the owner upstairs meant that we could hear all footsteps of phone calls. There is a lack of kitchen utensils or basic appliances such as toaster, kettle, veg peeler, saucepan, dishwasher etc etc. You have to drive everywhere and can not walk from the place as the road is very dangerous and it’s not near anywhere accessible by foot.

Joli appartement avec extérieurs agréables

L appartement est très propre avec la climatisation et l extérieur agréable et bien entretenu avec une jolie piscine . Par contre il est conçu pour 4 et non pour 6 ou 7, Nous étions 7 et très à l étroit avec 4 chaises et une petite table de cuisine. Nous avons du manger à l extérieur même qd il pleuvait. L environnement est assez bruyant avec une route à côté très passante. Le propriétaire est très gentil mais un peu trop présent.

Beautiful

This apartment was beautiful, had everything I needed. The owner was very hospitable and answered all of our questions. We didn't get to use the outside facilities because it rained but they were very very nice. I am not used to a B & B not providing breakfast as part of the price but in Europe I think B & B might mean something different. It wasn't expensive but we don't usually eat breakfast anyway. You will need a car for this place, it s a little outside of Ravenna. They did have parking. Again, it was beautiful.

Both offer customers the service of the common parts, such as lush garden air gazebo, barbeque area, Pizza oven, outdoor kitchen and pool.

The two B & B is located in a strategic position because only 1700 meters from the center of Ravenna, capital of the world mosaic, and Class.
At only 1200 meters from the SS16; It embraces the most beautiful places of the Adriatic Coast: Marina di Ravenna, Milano Marittima, Cesenatico ... etc. Also very close to the famous amusement park Mirabilandia
