A spotlessly clean apartment in a prime, beautiful, residential neighborhood walking distance to the Katy Trail and the stylish shops, restaurants and cafes of Knox Henderson. Also just a short drive from downtown Dallas with its museums and performance halls.

We had a great stay at this Dallas property. The location was excellent and made it easy to get everywhere we needed to go. The home was comfortable and the host was very responsive. The beds were especially comfortable, and we appreciated the inviting furnishings in the living areas and bedrooms.Overall, we had a good stay !

Enjoyed my stay at property, host was very helpful and gracious. Property was clean, well appointed and the beds were by far the most comfortable part of the property. Looking forward to rebooking during SMU Football season if the property is available.

The rental is not the entire house pictured, it's a shared property. Rental unit has 1 bathroom.

Scott there is no selection to describe a duplex. The closest is a townhome which this is not. I have posted that this is a property which is two flats one on top of the other built to be separate properties with nothing shared. Separate entrances. I also disclose the square footage In supplying a photograph, there’s no way i can take a picture of just the lower half. My home is beautiful in a fabulous location. I hope you enjoyed your stay!

Beautiful place right near Highland Park. The location is perfect to access downtown, SMU, the Park Cities. The Katy Trail is a five minute walk too. The house is a classic Highland Park duplex, quaint, finished beautifully, and with tons of charm. The street parking was my only concern but it was no big deal at all. I never once did not find a place to park directly in front of the house. Karen the host was very responsive and helpful. I liked it so much I have already booked it to be back in two weeks!

Host is very communicative. Location is excellent with many restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. Close access to the Katy trail. Our only issue was regarding a complaint our adult daughter had in her room. She found a bug in her bed and one of her sheets was torn. We relayed this to the host and she became very defensive. Hopefully any issues are resolved as otherwise it was a lovely stay.

Yes I was very defensive and I apologise I am a perfectionist. I pay a team of 4 cleaning ladies to clean after each guest leaves. We inspect carefully. Also i pay to have the linens professionally cleaned. I think their equipment is tough on the linens. Sorry we did not catch the tear. Many of my guests ask what brand of sheets, pillows even what brand of mattress I use because its important to me that the beds are super comfortable and if you read my reviews my guests agree. I was reactive because i thought you were inferring there were bed bugs and that has never happened and with the length and expense I go to I cannot imagine it ever will . I live on site. I inspect my property prior to my guests arrival to make certain all the lights are on, all 3 tvs are connected and everything is perfect. Im happy you enjoyed your stay. I gave you 4 stars because the dining room table was left dirty with leaves or i dont really know what it was but also, it was left very untidy compared to most of my guests.

My husband and I stayed here when we came in to town for a reunion. It was a great house. Very comfortable and very cozy. It was very clean, and had a very comfortable bed with great pillows. It is on a quiet street but is walkable to everything we went to in the uptown/knox-henderson area. We loved walking the Katy trail each morning. The owner and her daughter were very friendly and accommodating. We will be trying to stay here again next time we come in to Dallas.

This property was in a great location and our group had a great time. We came for World Cup and we weren’t disappointed! Lots to do in the area, shops, restaurants walking paths. Would stay again.

Great place in a great neighborhood!

This house was perfect for our small group for a weekend in Dallas. The area is safe and quiet. Also close to American Airlines Center and lots of great shops and restaurants. I couldn't have asked for an easier check-in/out process. Would definitely stay here again.

Great for a girls weekend

Stayed here for a mini-reunion with a couple of college friends and it was perfect. Beautiful neighborhood with easy access to great restaurants and shops. The unit is really comfortable -- kitchen is well-stocked, beds are comfy, and there's a nice back patio when the weather is suitable. A great choice for a small group or family.

Charming home in Great Neighborhood

Loved staying at this charming, stylish home. It has beautiful artwork, and furniture throughout the home. Extremely comfortable beds, very clean, and the neighborhood was quaint and quiet. Karen the owner was very accommodating. I highly recommend this home.
