Clean, equipped, excellent position

The property is very clean. Big enough for a comfortable stay for four persons. Excellently equipped. Nothing was missing for cooking. And the position in the main square in Porquerolles is fantastic. No noise and very good sleeping. Therefore all was perfect.

Nice apartment in a fantastic place!

Porquerolles is a fantastic island with astonishing nature, woods and beaches. You can hike, snorkel and go by bike through all the island. The apartment is very nice and located very central at the inner village. If you travel with teens you should consider that there is no Wifi in the apartment. But you can say that this makes your stay even more perfect ;) Magali has welcomed us very warmly and we could contact her at any time. We can recommend this place!

Aborted stay in Porquerolles - poor communication

I had booked the appartment for a party of three for a one week stay in Porquerolles, where we wanted to travel to by sailing boat. During the whole reservation process there was relatively little communication with the host, but he had established the contact to the lady looking after the Apartment and i was able to discuss everything with her and to receive the necessary informations. I also informed her that we would be arriving by sailing boat and that due to the weather situation we could be arriving between day 1 or even 3 of our seven day rental period. Then unfortunately one day before day 1 of the rental period we got the information that our boat had technical problems and that we could not go. I informed the host and the lady on the island that unfortunately we had to cancel the trip and asked if - as a big boat race with three hundred sailors was starting in day 3 of our rental period - he could try to rent the apparent again, and thereby reducing my loss. Or - as we would be coming to Porquerolles again - if he would be willing to offer some kind of compensation for our bad lack, where we lost 100 % of our rent. However i never received an answer, my cancelation was never confirmed, and no reaction was given that an effort was taken to find an other client. I told the host that i was disappointed by this lack of communication and that i will inform VRBO about it. I of course cannot comment at all about the appartment, as we never got there.

Superbe appartement très bien placé correspond en tous points à l'annonce. Très bon accueil de Magalie ! Nous le recommandons les yeux fermés. Pour ce qui est de l'île, elle est sublime avec le seul vrai point négatif sur les plages qui est l'invasion de taons agressifs...

L’appartement est plutôt bien situé même si en été l’environnement est bruyant en soirée (la petite rue sur laquelle donne l’appartement est plutôt calme mais aux 2 extrémités des bars diffusent de la musique forte et tard jusqu’à après minuit).La climatisation fonctionne bien dans la pièce à vivre mais n’est pas assez puissante pour rafraîchir la chambre et la mezzanine qui est sous les toits (il y fait donc chaud y compris la nuit en été).La mezzanine est assez basse de plafond et n’a pas de fenêtre pour aérer/rafraîchir la nuit.Plutôt un bon rapport qualité/prix pour Porquerolles mais en cas de fortes chaleurs la mezzanine est très chaude et la climatisation ne permet pas vraiment de la rafraîchir.

Un appartement idéal pour séjourner à Porquerolles

Appartement très bien, conforme aux photos, très bien achalandé en ustensiles de cuisine de qualité, la literie est très correcte. Idéalement placé pour vivre la vie de l'ile, ses commerces et la gentillesse des résidents. Très bien accueillie par Magali. Je recommande et reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Porquerolles hors saison

L'appartement était parfait pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant. Accueil par messages facile. Porquerolles hors saison, c'est sublime ! Le mistral et la pluie avaient nettoyé le ciel et la nature, limpides et somptueux. Journées à VTT à parcourir l'ile avec une fréquentation touristique minimale. Le soir, il y a des jeux pour les enfants sur la place, ou les boules… Super U et boulangerie très bien. Trouvé les habitants de Porquerolles très sympas ! Une semaine en mars, on s'est régalées. Attention, pas de Wifi à la maison, et certains opérateurs de réseau ne donnent rien non plus…

Excellent séjour printanier!

Petit logement très bien agencé et propre. Décoré simplement mais avec goût, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour. La situation est parfaite, proche des commerces, restaurants et au centre de l’île de manière à pouvoir accéder facilement à toutes les plages. A cette période, nous avons découvert l’île sous le soleil et dans la tranquillité ce fut un excellent séjour très agréable durant lequel nous avons tous passé une très bonne semaine ! Merci pour l’accueil !

Bon emplacement de l’appartement mais l’état de l’appartement est déplorable de saleté .

Nous avons trouvé un appartement pas du tout à la hauteur de nos espérances. Les avis étaient plutôt très positifs mais comment ne pas se rendre compte de l’état de l’appartement. , l’odeur nauséabonde en entrant. , pas de rideau et tringle cassé à la cuisine alors qu’il y a un vis à vis proche juste en face. … une ampoule brute sans abat jour dans l’entrée. Un salon de jardin en guise de canapé. et des sièges de jardins en guise de chaise de cuisine aux coussins crasseux et tachés de nourriture. Bref. L’état général de l’appartement et des équipements est douteux. Il nécessite un très gros entretien et un gros nettoyage . La douche est noire de saleté et les siphons de salle de bains semblent pleins … l’eau s’écoule difficilement. Vous demandez des frais de ménage alors qu’il n’est pas fait … il n’en est pas question … … quid du micro ondes annoncé dans les équipements et qui nous aurait été bien utile. ? Pas vu !! … c’est indigne et comme nous nous sommes plaint auprès de la femme qui nous a accueilli. : nous n’avons eu en réponse : Si ça ne vous convient pas : vous pouvez repartir. Le propriétaire a été informé et semble surpris de notre mécontentement. Pour preuve. Nous lui avons envoyé des photos Bref. Vu le prix de location pratiqué…. Ce n’est pas à la hauteur et nous ne ferons plus confiance aux avis qui paraissent bien au delà de ce que nous avons trouvé.

Wunderbare Tage auf Porquerolles

Die Wohnung ist zentral an einer stillen Nebengasse am Hauptplatz der Ortschaft gelegen. Für eine Familie von 4 Personen ist die Wohnung bestens geeignet. Zum Frühstück gibts Morgensonne. Porquerolle ist ein Naturparadis und lädt ein zum Wandern und Fahrradfahren.
