Do NOT stay here if you’re worried about covid
I booked this property based on the description and pictures saying that it was a one bedroom cottage. The pictures make it look as though it is not connected to another room. This is FALSE. There are no single room properties that aren’t attached to others. This room was in a duplex which had an adjoining door to the other room. I could see the light coming from underneath the door which was locked. However, I booked this thinking I would be in my own space. I contacted the booking agency and front desk and they could do nothing about it. So, I had to find somewhere else to stay and eat the cost of this place. I felt very uncomfortable staying in a place where it was advertised as something different. Maybe if they had better separation of the rooms I would have felt more comfortable but I would NOT recommend staying here until then. The owner did not care and would not credit me, Vrbo said they could do nothing and the booking agency basically said sorry about your bad luck. Extremely disappointed in the way this was handled. If I am not comfortable staying with my own family, why would I want to stay with a stranger???
