It means we're still on track for satisfying our guests needs and expectations and that's really important to me. I'm puzzled that you say The Hardwicke Apartments are a little hard to find. Maybe your taxi driver didn't recognise the name, but he certainly got you from the airport to Morning Star Avenue in great time! And I was happy out waiting the extra hour for you after you had missed your original flight. Feet up, mug of tea in hand and sole control of the TV remote control. What's not to like! ;-) Anyhow I'm delighted to know that your family had a great stay at The Hardwicke and trust that you all enjoyed your onward car trip. You visited Ireland when our temperamental weather was behaving normally for once in a blue moon, so the country should have been looking it's very best!
