ボルドーのゲートで、1つのレベルで70 m2の居心地の良い家。 明るく快適なこの家は、2015年に改装されました。 2/4人を収容できます。 それはすべての快適さ（食器洗い機、洗濯機、電子レンジ）を提供し、その寝具（140でベッドとコンバーチブル）は新しいです。 独立したベッドルームには大きなベッドが備わっており、リビングルームのコンバーチブルにより、2人で快適に眠ることができます。
美しいリビングルームはテラスに面しており、静かなエリアで、木々のある広い快適な庭園を楽しむことができます。ボルドーに非常に近く、田舎にいるような印象があります。
家には独立したアクセスがあり、車に乗ることが可能です。

A wonderful and perfect place to stay!

The rental is located just outside of the city of Bordeaux. The owner gave us a lot of information about the area which was very helpful. There’s a big supermarket about a 5 minute walk away and the beginning of the tram route is right across the street from the supermarket. We rode the tram into the city and it took about 20 minutes and saved us money on parking. The rental was perfect and the owner checked on us to be sure everything was okay. Wish we could go back one day!

Bordeaux suburbs

My husband and I had a lovely stay in this property for 5 nights. It is very well appointed with a sun terrace and lovely walk-in shower. The owner is delightful and gave us a wonderful suggestion of what to visit. The apartment is 5 minutes walk from the tram stop which takes you straight into the centre of Bordeaux. It is walking distance from a large Auchan (supermarket) and a boulangerie. Very close to Junction 18 of the Rocade and easy access to the motorway and to get out into the countryside. Would definitely stay here again.

Bien situé, tram à 10 mn à pied. Ideal pour visiter bordeaux..Le logement est fonctionnel. Il manque une clôture pour pouvoir sortir et eviter que les chiens arrivent sur vous..c'esr vraiment dommage. L'hôtesse est charmante et accueillante..

Eine wunderbarere Wohnung vor den Toren von Bordeaux

Die Eigentümerin war sehr kommunikativ und nett ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Sie wohnt nebenan und war immer ansprechbar bei Fragen. Die Wohnung war mit Allem was man benötigt, ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Eine kleine Terrasse ergänzte den schönen Aufenthalt. Die Besitzerin hat 2 Hunde, die noch ausgebildet werden. Man kann sich gut damit arrangieren.

Bulle de déconnexion !!

Nous avons réservé 3 jours pour décompresser. La propriétaire est disponible et très attentionnée. Le jardin est une bulle de calme et de sérénité à quelques centaines de mètres d'une tangentielle pourtant très passante. L'appartement est plus spacieux que ne le laissent deviner les photos, très lumineux et bien accessible. Je recommande totalement !

Oase am Stadtrand von Bordeaux

Wir haben uns in diesem kleinen Paradies sehr wohl gefühlt. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man für eine erholsame Zeit braucht. Frau Alonso hat uns herzlich empfangen und mit vielen hilfreichen Informationen versorgt. Das Haus ist sehr ansprechend eingerichtet und er Garten ein Bonus! Mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist man sicher und flott in der Innenstadt von Bordeaux. Weinliebhaber werden im Umkreis von wenigen Kilometern fündig. Accueil parfait, maison très agréable

Maison où on s'y est senti bien tout de suite. Très bien décorée, et bien aménagé, jardin très joli, elle contient tout le nécessaire pour y passer un bon séjour Elle se situe proche du terminus du tram C, ce qui permet de se déplacer avec les transports de Bordeaux dans prendre la voiture. Mme Alonso prend le temps de nous montrer la maison, de nous indiquer les choses à faire à Bordeaux et aux alentours. Nous avons passé un très joli séjour.

Die Wohnung war ruhig gelegen, sodass wir uns nach den Besichtigungen und Touren ins Umland in dem wunderschönen Garten ausruhen und erholen konnten. Die Verbindung in die Stadt war optimal.

Lovely well equipped appartment

We had an excellent stay here just on the edge of Bordeaux. Maite helped us understand the public transport which is convenient to use from the appartment. Accommodation is very clean, spacious, good shower, comfortable bed and well equipped kitchen. There is a nice peaceful outside space although the mosquitoes prevented us enjoying that as much as we would have liked! Maite was available, friendly and helpful. Only slight problem was rather weak WiFi but would highly recommend for a stay convenient to Bordeaux. Thank you.
