レジデンスは、市内中心部とアールポールリケから徒歩数分の場所にあります。 11室のアパートのある小さな建物にある、無料の安全な駐車場がある2階の新しいエアコン付きのアパート。
アパートの着陸に直接アクセスできる駐車場からのエレベーター。
15m²のテラスが全体を飾ります。 ベッドリネンとタオルが用意されています。
正面の広場には、毎週金曜日の朝、非常に典型的で新鮮な製品が豊富な「マーケット」があります。 したがって、駐車場へのアクセスは金曜日の午後3時までブロックされます

A Great Place to Stay in Beziers

Very nice apartment, well located and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We especially enjoyed eating on the large balcony. Close to bakery and grocery story. We'd definitely recommend this apartment to others visiting Beziers.

Quiet location with parking and easy walk to old town

This is a fabulous apartment, good location, easy access, easy parking under the building. The hosts are welcoming and attentive to our questions. The kitchen utensils are a bit short on variety but then most people don't stay for a fortnight and cook almost every meal. Would definitely stay here again.

So easy from start to finish the owners met us on arrival to show us the apt and the undercover parking spot in the garage which was invaluable in Beziers, the apartment was clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our stay , check out was quick and easy

Perfect flat for a visit to Beziers

The flat is fantastic in all ways. It's very comfortable and completely equipped. Checking in and out is very easy; the hosts are very helpful. Having parking right in the building is also a wonderful extra benefit in a city. The location is very convenient - two minutes to the Carrefour and boulangerie - and the Friday market is literally out the front door. Beziers is a very compact and walkable city and it's only 10 minutes to the Allee Riquet, historic district, and the Halles market. All in all, a perfect place for a short or longer visit.

Fabulous

It was so nice to be greeted by the owners, a nice personal touch.They were so welcoming and helpful. The apartment was excellent with so many additional items supplied, we needn't have taken any toiletries etc with us. To leave us bread, milk, coffee etc was so lovely. The location of the apartment was perfect. There was a bakery and supermarket 5 minutes walk away, the bus station was an equal distance. We really did have a perfect stay and would not hesitate to recommend this accomodation. Thank you so much for letting us stay.

Perfectly placed

Our flight was delayed by 2 hours. Noelle & George had very kindly supplied us with some essentials such as bread & milk etc as the shops were closed. They explained to us in very good English how everything worked & where the local amenities were. The apartment was probably the best equipped of the many we have stayed in. The apartment was perfectly situated for us. Only 2 minutes walk to the local bus depot with access to the whole of the Bezier area including the local train station. Local supermarket & boulangerie were 4 minutes away. Allez Paul Riquet was about 10 minutes walk away, where there were daily markets or events. It was a further 5 to 10 minutes to the cathedral. The Polygon shopping mall, park of poets & train station were also within walking distance. The apartment was easily accessible by car which made car trips further afield easy & the secure off street parking was a bonus. When we were leaving Noelle even advised us of the best route back to the airport as there were extensive traffic jams on the main highways. If you are visiting the area we would definitely recommend staying here.

Gute Lage der 3-Zimmer Wohnung, Tiefgarage bietet sicheren Abstellplatz, auch für Fahrräder. Ausstattung passend, Sitzmobiliar sollte einmal erneuert werden. Von Vorteil ist auch der große Balkon.

Appartement très bien situé, toutes commodités à 5 minutes à pied. Très calme, moderne et super équipé, nous avons apprécié notre semaine chez Noëlle et Georges. A bientôt lors d'un prochain séjour à Béziers :-)

Très bel appartement , bien situé un plus pour la place de parking en sous sol . Le logement n’était pas très clean ( cafetière,bouilloire,grille-pain,une poêle aurait besoin d’être changée ) Le wifi n’a pas fonctionné de la semaine. Le propriétaire nous a dit que notre tablette pouvait ne pas fonctionner. Cependant nous avons eu du wifi dans l’appartement suivant . Propriétaires charmants et sympathiques.

Séjour réussi !!! Idéalement situé au coeur de Béziers, l'appartement est parfait. Nous n'avons pas utilisé la terrasse mais elle doit être très agreable aux beaux jours. Le grand plus : la place de stationnement en sous-sol et l'ascenseur. Nous recommandons.

Endroit idéal pour visiter Beziers

Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Il est même plus grand qu'il ne paraît. La terrasse ombragée est un vrai plus. Nous avons visité intégralement Beziers à pied. L'appartement se trouve à 5 bonnes minutes des célèbres allées. Point très appreciable:la place de parking intégrée à la location. Appartement vraiment tout confort. Rien ne manque, on se sent comme à la maison. Et avec ces grosses chaleurs, la clim a été d' un grand secours. Les propriétaires sont des personnes très accueillantes. N'hésitez surtout pas. Ce logement est une perle.

Notre séjour à Béziers, au centre du Languedoc-Roussillon

Notre séjour chez Noelle et Georges à Béziers fut à la hauteur de nos attentes. La présentation de l’appartement dans le site de Homelidays/HomeAway correspond tout à fait à la réalité, et même que nous avons trouvé les pièces plus grandes qu’elles ne paraissent sur les photos. L’appartement est bien équipé d’appareils modernes et d’une salle de bain impeccable. Nos hôtes nous ont accueillis chaleureusement et nous ont donné plusieurs renseignements pratiques sur le quartier et les environs. Une bouteille de vin, pain, fromage, café et autres denrées de base nous ont été offerts, ce que nous avons bien apprécié. Nous avons visité la région du Languedoc-Roussillon avec Béziers comme point centre, ce qui s’est avéré fort pratique. Une épicerie et une boulangerie à quelques minutes de marche de l’appartement ont été très utiles. Autre avantage non négligeable, c’est la place de garage pour notre voiture au rez-de-chaussée de l’immeuble. Nous recommandons sans hésitation cet appartement aux visiteurs du Languedoc-Roussillon qui y trouveront confort et accès pratique aux sites de la région.

Languishing in the Languedoc.

A modern apartment in an almost new block. Spacious and well equipped (see list on website). The location is good, five to ten minutes walk to town centre, 2-3 minutes to the Bus station and about15-20 to the train station. Pezenas is well worthy of a visit, and, if a beach is wanted, Valras plage is a 40 minute bus journey The friday market is HUGE . and unmissable as it comes up to the flat entrance. To cap it all, the owners, Nouelle and George were charming ,and helpful when we had some flight problems.

Appartement tout confort au delà des normed

Excellente location entièrement sécurisée, avec garage intérieur un « must » en plein centre-ville. Mobilier haut de gamme, literie super confo, serviettes en quantité. Les proprios sont attentifs à rendre le séjour agréable. Tout le nécessaire de base est fourni incluant plein de petites attentions comme du lait et du pain. Nous recommandons chaudement pour un séjour agréable à Béziers.

Beautiful apartment and area!

From the moment we were welcomed by Noelle and Georges we were confident we had chosen well! All the rooms are very large and very fully equipped, right down to basics like coffee, milk and bread! All equipment was modern and fully functional. On site secure parking is a real bonus! Béziers town centre is only 10 minutes walk and there is a good choice of restaurants. Many interesting places to visit and a choice of beaches if the weather is good. One of the best apartments we have ever rented and we await 2020 summers flight schedules eagerly so we can book our next visit!
