Great location and nice clean condo. We enjoyed snorkeling from the private beach. The location is great as well, not a lot of people traffic in the area but close to activities and the food trucks. Aloha Rocky Thanks for the excellent review. We love to hear that you enjoyed your visit! So glad the snorkeling was a hit! My favorite part of the Nohonani is the sea life right out in front of the condo. Hope you saw some turtles! Come visit us anytime!

Maui condo

The condo was great! We sat outside and watched the turtles, boats and whales breach. The ocean was so close. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds in good shape with fresh linen. The little nails to hold down the carpet poked at my feet and the carpet needs to be cleaned. But I imagine that is ongoing. No homeless in the area. A small store a few blocks away. We had a great stay.

2 weeks on the coast

we had a terrific time at this condo. The check in process was really smooth, great communication and support from the management and owners. We appreciated the nice welcome gift set and all the clean towels and basic supplies made settling in easy. Mid week cleaning in our 2 week stay was a happy surprise and the view of course was unbeatable. Our only tip might be to bring earplugs if you are sensitive to surf crashing against the seawall at high tide (with the windows open). Not a complaint though, the ocean view can't be beat and we we loved the little beach, pool, and walkability. Mahalo!

Clean and comfortable

Clean and comfortable condo. The lanai was our highlight with the views and turtle scouting. The beds were comfortable. Nice to have use of the basics like small cooler, ice and beach chairs. Thanks for having us!

Amazing view

The Aloha condo was amazing. The views were incredible, we loved sitting on the lanai and watching the waves roll in. We saw turtles throughout the day. The condo was stocked with everything we needed including beach towels and chairs. The kitchen and outside grill allowed us to cook meals instead of eating out for every meal. The space was perfect for our family of four. The owners clearly take pride in their rental. We cant wait to come back.

Closest you can get to the ocean

This property is literally right at the water's edge, you can't get any closer! We stayed here with our three and five year old kids and absolutely loved the location! The unit is very comfortable, the kitchen is well stocked. The full bath is accessible from both bedrooms which made it convenient for a family. You can see the beach and coastline from the king bed. Turtles and whales are wasy to see. Small sandy beach for the kids to play. Easy parking, close to condo. Everything we were looking for!

Wonderful place

It's just like described. Great location, views sounds and amenities. Bring ear plugs if you're sensitive to loud wave sounds and there is no a/c (not a big deal but if you're used it having it just be aware of it). We will be back again

Perfect Maui retreat

Lovely, peaceful, week at the beach. Turtles, a Hawaiian monk seal, and miles of ocean. Lahaina is gone so we are heartbroken about the devastation and loss of lives. Easy to avoid that area and still enjoy Maui.

Views and ocean waves

We loved this VRBO. The condo is well maintained, the living room was comfortable and relaxing, the kitchen was the perfect size, but we enjoyed the lanai the most. The parking was easy, there’s an elevator so it made bringing our luggage up and down easy, and there is a perfect beach right in front which made late afternoon swims and early morning snorkeling very easy! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The View, Beautiful!

We spent a week at this beautiful condo with our kids, ages 10 and 12. We arrived late at night in the dark after a long day of traveling. It was a bit hot with no AC and I thought maybe I made a mistake by choosing this property. However, the next morning when we woke up and saw the view we knew we made the right choice. There was a beautiful breeze flowing through the condo, the sound of the waves, the ocean right there outside the balcony, and then we spotted sea turtles and whales breeching. This is why you come to Hawaii!!! The condo is perfectly outfitted with everything you need. It was the best stocked and cleanest kitchen of all the rentals we have experienced. They even had a very nice pair of binoculars we used often, they really have thought of everything. The only improvement I found needed is the zipper on the soft sided cooler is broken. We really enjoyed the location because it's the main place to see sea turtles and whales. It's a smaller complex which means less people around on the beach and pool, which felt very private and comfortable. It's within walking distance of many restaurants, groceries, and a short drive to many other places of interest. I highly recommend staying at this property. Thank you for sharing it with our family!

Great stay right on the ocean

My husband and I and our 2 young daughters stayed a week here and absolutely loved it. We love staying in this area on Maui as we think its a perfect location with so many things close by, and feel like this condo is the one we will return to over and over again! The condo sits on its own private beach which has good snorkeling and swimming, perfect for kids who are just learning to swim and snorkel in the ocean. Lots of sea turtles and we even saw a seal twice! The pool is warm and the grounds are kept clean. The condo itself is clean and comfortable and has all you need. The view is spectacular! I love falling asleep to the ocean every night. It is loud though and my husband had trouble sleeping at times! Absolutely love it here and can't wait to return.

Nohonani 305

We have stayed at Nohonani many times and continue to come back due to the properties location and the amazing views of the ocean. This unit had so many extra amenities that we really liked, a welcome bag, postcards/stamps, a box of chocolates etc. The views from the lanai on two sides were amazing. The upgrades in regards to the kitchen and the entire unit were wonderful and we will return and hope to rent this unit again.

Good enough

The condo was sufficient for what we needed however it did not exceed any of our expectations. The pillows could really be updated, they have no support. Otherwise the beds were comfortable. The screen door could use fixing as it gets stuck when opening and closing. One of the windows in the main bedroom is broken, making it almost impossible to open or close. Otherwise the kitchen was well stocked as far as dishes and utensils. The bathrooms were fine and functional enough. Things that could make it a better experience are better pillows, fully functioning windows and doors, maybe an air conditioning unit. Amenities like ear plugs, sand toys, another beach chair, a beach wagon, snorkeling gear, especially since there are reefs right outside the condo. A good experience but will likely look for something nicer next time if updates aren't made.

Amazing ocean front view

Wow! We had an incredible stay at Nohonani! We walked in during a gorgeous sunset. Listening to the ocean was so soothing and we slept well! Super recommendations from hosts on BBC activities and so comfortable for a family of 4!

Amazing Spot!

My family and I stayed at Nohonani 305 for our 2 week spring break. It was such a great spot. 10 minutes from everything!! The unit was private and clean and had breathtaking views. There were whales off the coast and turtles hanging out in the waters in front and on the beach. It was a magical place and we will certainly be back. The property manager Coreen was super helpful with a few questions we had and made sure our stay went smoothly. It was a 5star experience for us!!

Awesome condo

Awesome condo. Great two bedroom with newly remodeled kitchen. Perfect for a family. Equipped nicely and very clean. Our family had a great time. Condo is in a great location on Maui and walking distance to shops and restaurants. In addition it was awesome sleeping to the waves at night.

Wonderful week in Maui

The condo at Nohonani was perfect for us. It has a gorgeous view of the ocean from the balcony. You fall asleep to the crash of the waves on the beach. The location is terrific, within walking distance of some great restaurants, stores, and coffee shops, a short drive to Lahaina and beautiful beaches. We cooked a few nights in the condo and the kitchen had everything we needed. We were so pleased with this place. If we ever come to Maui again, we will definitely stay here again! We loved it!
