We came back after 2 years, and nothing has changed — it's still the perfect getaway. The beach is very close, the kids had a great time playing in the sand, and we loved having the zoo and outlets nearby. Highly recommend

We enjoyed our stay very much. The house was set up very well and we had many things to do. Most of us had little or no experience on the kayaks or canoe. But found them very enjoyable and it was very nice that everything was there and included for us to use.

Another great Poconos vacation!

The house was beautiful and the location was perfect! The canoe, boat and and paddle boards were a hit for water activities. Fishing was fun from the dock and we had ample space for family and games.The house was clean and well maintained and Bonnie the host was quick to answer all questions we had.

Rainy Weekend Saved by Home

1-2 times a year good friends get away to fish. This time the weather did not cooperate but the home did. We were able to play cards, pool, darts and watch the NFL draft. We also had a great meal and drinks at nearby Lombardi’s. The home was extremely clean and spacious and offered everything we needed. Thank you.

Amazing House

This house had it all. Everything was clearly labeled with what it was for and where it belongs. The weather wasn't great for August but we all had a great time, can't wait to go back.

Beautiful house with great view

We had a wonderful time. The house was perfect for our family of 8! Spotless upon arrival! Even has a generator which was great to have when we lost power during a rain storm. Our only suggestion is to let renters know that this is in a community with amenities that are an extra cost (public beach, community center activities, pool, playgrounds)

Relaxing Lake Vacation

The location of the house is excellent with beautiful views. Right next to the swimming and beach area for the kids. Plenty of watercraft for use including life vests. Kitchen is well stocked with the exception of a few nice griddles or frying pans.

An Ideal Spot for Our Annual Family Trip – Comfortable, Convenient, and Fun!

We had a fantastic stay at this house in the Poconos for our annual family trip! The location was perfect, right next to the beach area and the food truck, making it easy to go back and forth. The property featured a small beach area with a fire pit, a nice dock for swimming, and plenty of space for our watercraft. The provided boat with a trolling motor worked perfectly, and there were life jackets in every size. The house had a great layout and everyone slept comfortably, especially with air conditioning in every bedroom. We enjoyed the pool at the community center and had a blast at bingo on Wednesday night. The three bathrooms and washer-dryer were very convenient. The kitchen was well-equipped with a nice island. The basement pool table and well-maintained lawn for yard games were wonderful additions. The deck had a cooler, a working grill, smoking receptacles, and comfortable chair cushions. The owner clearly takes good care of the property. The only minor issue was that the kitchen cabinets could have been more organized, but we understand that’s challenging between guests. Overall, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this property. We’re definitely coming back next year!

Family vacation

The house is beautiful. Air conditioning would have been nice. It was very hot upstairs making it difficult to sleep. The location is perfect as was the amenities. Everyone enjoyed the paddle boats and kayaking. We all had a wonderful time

Memorial Weekend Holiday

Weather co-operated for our long weekend getaway making for an enjoyable stay at Big Bass Lake. The community was great and the house was easy to find. Upon arrival we found the home to be clean, tidy and well organized. A beautiful lake view was had from both inside and out….peaceful and serene. Ducks visited each day looking to get photographed while sitting on the big rock in the water. The kitchen was stocked with all the pots, pans and utensils you’d ever need for cooking, however it lacked basic cooking spices, oil, coffee and sugar. Luckily the grocery store wasn’t very far away. We liked Chillin’ and Grillin’ and everyone sitting down together after a day of fun was the best. There was a nice selection of adult books and even a chess set. Sadly our stay wasn’t long enough to take advantage of either. Missing game and puzzle pieces made for some ‘kiddo whining’ but playing Pool in the game room was a big plus! All in all it was a wonderful time away with many memories made. Perfect family weekend

Great access for boating, paddleboatding, fishing or just enjoying the sunset by the lake. Wonderful amenities. Everything we needed for a comfortable family weekend. House was very clean, well set up, plenty of information and instructions. Ample room for 5 couples. Pool table, darts and games for the rainy times. Gorgeous view from the great room windows. Clear communication from the owners. Excellent experience!!

Love this place. Had our yearly guys getaway at this house and what a great time. House was clean and comfortable and definitely accommodating. Even tho we were unfortunate to get caught with a cold and windy weekend, this house made up for it. Plenty to do inside to keep busy. Will definitely rent again.
