とても便利な場所

地下鉄メトロの３つの駅まで近く、移動には大変便利です。周りの環境は、夜はやや人通りが少ないものの落ち着いていて安全な感じです。徒歩圏にMonop’やFranprix、Carrfourなどのスーパーが１０時ごろの遅くまで開いており、最低限の食べ物にはまったく困りません。近くに美味しいパン屋さんがあります。アパートは大きな通りに面しており、入り口の大きな扉を暗証番号で開けて、中の個別の住居は物理鍵であけます。この辺の流れは事前にオーナーさんとサイトのメール機能でやり取りすることになります。オーナーさんはきちんとリスポンスしてくれて、安心でした。お部屋そのものは、二人なら十分な広さですが、キッチンはやはりちょっとシンクが小さいのでやや洗い物は手狭な感じですが、特に実際の問題はありません。ただ、法令で火災報知器（煙感知器）の設置が義務付けられており、しかもそれが電熱調理器の真上にあったので、肉を焼いたりしたら何度か鳴らしてしまいました。仕方ないのですが、ちょっと時間帯によっては周りに気を使います。（窓を開けたり扇風機で飛ばしたりで何とか対応しましたが）。オーナーのお住まいと同じなので、なにかあれば対応は早いと思います。環境はとてもよくて、アパート入り口から住戸までの道はきっと季節になるときれいな花が咲くのかなと思います。火災報知器の問題はありましたが、とても快適な滞在でした。ありがとうございました。

excellent owner and comvenient location

This appartment is near the metro station. One is Richard Lenoir the other is Saint-Ambroise. I wanted to cook, but the kitchen was a little small and there was no ventilation fan, so if you're not careful, you might set off a fire alarm, so be careful if you want to cook for yourself. The room is a little small. I think it would be nice to have a sofa. The bathroom is bright and clean. I didn't get to meet the owner, but she responded immediately to any requests or questions I had. I was able to stay with peace of mind. It was difficult to drag heavy suitcases up the cobblestone approach to the entrance. But it was a nice and comfortable room.

Très agréable studio, au calme et frais malgré le temps chaud sur Paris. Petites attentions très appréciées des voyageurs : capsules de café, savon de toilette, papier toilette, etc. Les locations ne sont pas toujours aussi bien pourvues. A wonderful week in a quiet neighborhood in Paris

My husband and I had a very enjoyable week in this lovely studio apartment on our first trip to Paris! We appreciated all the conveniences that the studio is equipped with including a small refrigerator and microwave, the luxurious bathroom and the close proximity to numerous metro stops. It is situated in a quiet neighborhood in a secluded, private alleyway with lots of foliage!

Cozy, quiet, private apartment

Perfect location for our week in Paris! Within blocks of three Metro stops, making it easy to travel throughout the city. Restaurants and groceries nearby. Loved the small kitchen area and lovely view of green alley outside. Very quiet space and perfect for relaxing at the end of the day. Hosts were super accommodating to our needs. We loved this apartment!

I stayed in this comfortable little flat in the middle of February, and the online description was still true: it was a lovely, little oasis in a green courtyard. I bet it's even more incredible further into the non-winter seasons. It would be hard to improve on the location: within easy walk of three metro stations and of 'Le Marais'. The neighborhood feels safe and lively, and there are beautiful restaurants nearby. Catherine and Serge were lovely and helpful.

This VRBO is in the 11th arrondissement, very close to two subway stations. The unit was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood is fantastic. Highly recommend.

Perfect hideaway

This is a lovely little studio, very clean and very well stocked if you want to cook. This is not a tourist area so you’ll have peace and quiet, yet a friendly interesting neighborhood. Easy to get around with the Metro just steps away..
