Overall clean, spacious and tall ceilings. The balcony view were amazing. Bed and furniture were very comfortable. Easy in / out daily errands . Area is very convenient to eat and walk around . Brickell is A nice area. Our was quick with responses to questions. I will revisit. The pool is scene and spa are both great amenities to use .

The condo wasn’t perfect, but it was nice. Great location great price. I wish the pool was open more all in all. It was a good deal.

Miami Getaway

Great location, amenities, and beautiful property. The high ceilings and view from the balcony are so nice! The host was kind and easy to deal with as well.

Loved the pool, workout room and could take exercise classes, apartment was as expected, good communication. Couldn’t figure out wireless internet tho

Perfect location. easy walk to city center and plenty of things to do in the area. was unaware of the amenities card so didn’t access the onsite amenities at the W Hotel attached to the apartment. The apartment itself was secure and easy check in and out. parking garage is better than valet so plz for your pockets sake park in garage and make that journey across the street. there was very little we had to worry about. new patio furniture would be amazing but would book again. plenty of towels and blankets for two ppl. Thanks for having us!

Stay at Icon

The location was great and the host was always responsive to any questions or needs. Unfortunately, the dishwasher wasn’t working (I don't cook much) and I didn't have many dishes to wash. The dryer was aslo broken. Every else was fine. I was in town for work and the stay was enjoyable comfortable

Great if you're attending a conference

I'm amazed at the change in downtown Miami. A downtown newspaper publisher told me the population has grown from 10,000 to 100,000 in 10 years. If you're attending a conference or meeting in the Convention Center or any of the major hotels in the area, this is a perfect alternative to the $400+ p/night rates during the winter season.

Great guests!! Tom and his wife were very easy to communicate with. They respected all the house rules and my apartment was perfectly kept when they checked out. Would have them again anytime! Recommend!!

Beautiful apartment, amazing views, prime location in brickell! Very clean, I also liked that a brita was provided. I would say there wasn’t hand soap provided so we had to use the soap meant for the shower. we stayed during the coldest week in December and unfortunately the heat wasn’t heating the apartment enough so it felt cold and breezy most of the time. Elevators in the building were broken except for two so oftentimes there was an extremely long wait for elevators. Otherwise we really enjoyed our stay :)

Unfortunately, this stay had multiple issues. Several lights were not working, leaving the apartment poorly lit. Dishes in the cabinets were dirty, and there was a noticeable smoke smell upon arrival. The pool was not open during the week as advertised. Additionally, the key fob malfunctioned daily and often did not allow elevator access, which became a constant inconvenience

Awesome stay!

View from the balcony has an NYC feel. The place was well kept and clean. The pool amenities were excellent. Checking in and out was easy. Would stay here again.

Amazing guests!! Dung and his girlfriend respected all my house rules and they were very easy to contact. They understood the check in instructions perfectly and my apartment was in perfect condition when they checked out. Would have them again anytime!
