Great stay

The house was nice and clean. Easy to find and get to. We found a little playground we could walk to just a block down the street. All in all great stay. It would have been nice to have a TV in our room as my wife likes to fall asleep to a show, but that's not too big of a deal to us. All around great experience.

Almost perfect

Very nice place to stay at. Plenty of silverware and dishes to cook your own food. The yard is nice but very small. Overall a nice stay.

Meridian Stay

Home was clean,pictures accurate. Great location and quiet neighborhood. Would be nice to have Tvs in the bedroom. Was looking forward to using barbecue but it had not been cleaned..Easy check in process. Nice equipped kitchen and laundry.

Great place to stay!

Everything was clean and check in was smooth! We had everything we needed and this place was in a nice quiet neighborhood but also close to lots of shopping and entertainment. Would stay here again & highly recomend!

Home away from home

Location was just were I needed it. Any questions I had, I got answers almost immediately. Very clean. Would highly recommend it

The home and location were excellent. Nice quiet neighborhood. Landlord attentive.

Although the home was nice, it was a bit outdated. Only television was in living room and the sofa's were very uncomfortable. They desperately need to be upgraded to reclining sofa and chairs to enjoy watching TV. I 'm not sure if cleaning agent used on sofa's made me itch but had to sit on stool from kitchen to be able to enjoy down time with family watching TV. Besides that everything else was good. Thank you again for your hospitality.

Excellent home!

This was a beautiful home that was quiet and spacious. The neighborhood was very safe, and we appreciated the fenced backyard for our children as well as the thoughtful items available for us to use in the home. The mattress in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the attached garage was great. We would absolutely stay here again!

Townhome

The house is old but still OK. The listing is inaccurate. There is no pullout couch. It is a futon. The twin beds have horrible mattresses and are small, almost intended for children. I could not even sleep on one of them. The house smells old and possibly of old smoke from cigarettes. I would stay again if needed. The house served it's purpose but really needs to be updated and listed properly. It is deceiving.

Wonderful Home!

We came as a family (2 adults and three teenage children) to enjoy Boise and the amenities. This property is in a great location, close to the interstate, as well as grocery stores and food. It is located in a very peaceful neighborhood. It was hot and the central air worked perfectly. The home is super comfortable and well appointed. Management was very kind with timely communication and a super easy checkout process. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

Comfortable Stay

We, unfortunately, traveled to Meridian to attend a funeral and support grieving friends. This VRBO property was comfortable and provided a convenient stay.

Location is good

The location is good. Pretty centralized area of Boise to get anywhere in a short time. Grocery stores, shopping and eateries are close. Very quiet neighborhood. The townhouse was moderately clean. Towels and linens need to be updated. Mattresses are in very poor shape and one of them has a huge blood stain on it. No dishwasher soap or soap to hand wash dishes. No check out instructions. They make you sign an extra rental agreement and put a hold on your card and will release the money back to you once the cleaning staff makes sure there is no damage. In all the homes I’ve rented, I’ve never had to do this.

They require an additional fee after paying through Vrbo

Lovely home, clean, and in a good area. After booking and paying the for the reservation through Vrbo, I received a messaged that looked like spam. Weeks later, when arriving at the home, I had not received the code to enter the house. I tried contacting the owner, it was after business hours and there was a delay in their response time. I was sent to same spam like message. I was told I need to electronically sign an additional renters agreement and send a $250 deposit. Since they already had my money from Vrbo, I felt coerced into signing the paper and sending the $250 additional fee. I have never had to do this for any other Vrbo rental. The $250 deposit was returned after our stay.
