The stay was wonderful, and this is a lovely home that slept 11 very comfortably. There were a few items that should be noted: the ice maker did not work, the coffee pot also did not work, you could fill with water up to 10 cups, and it would only make about 3. Frustrating. The theatre room was fantastic!! It was opening weekend for the NFL, so we enjoyed some great games and the comfort of the home.

Great place for a large family trip

There's lots to do in Big Bear and lots to do in this house! Everything was as stated in the description and the house rules were clear and not overly restrictive. Very comfortable place, near town, and walkable to some fun hiking trails.

Perfect spot

Perfect spot to spend the holidays... It happened to snow during our trip and with a hill right next door, we didn't have to go anywhere to go sledding but step right outside. The place was clean and had plenty for kids / adults to play.

Great place!!

We would have enjoyed this place soo much more if we had stayed longer!! We had a short weekend getaway and we ere glad to find such a cool place like this one. They had a lot of things for kids to do and stay entertained. House was 4 stories 😬 so us adults definitely got a work out just getting around the house lol Place was clean, property managers were easy to reach and everything was easy to find. The only thing I would suggest is maybe invest in better linens and pillows. The beds were not very comfortable and the pillows and better blankets would have helped there. Regardless, great place and highly recommend.

Wish I never had to write this, it was as advertised “Exceptional”sadly it was not. Checkin process, personnel were polite & professional. Sadly house cleanliness & upkeep was deplorable. Arrived, carpets were vacuumed but frat-house filthy. Asked of last deep clean, got no answer. Bannisters sticky & grossly dirty. Got simple green, spent hrs scrubbing 4 floors of bannisters, chairs, sofas, theater loungers, door knobs, pool cues, any surface guests touch. Broom broken IN HALF, bristles fried no dust pan or mop. Couldn’t find vacuum, maint. brought new broom, mop, vacuum. No pillow cases for all guest pillows, nor towels washcloths, bath mats for slippery showers Child got sick, no spare linen at all to change. Washer worked, not Dryer impacted w 4 cups hardened lint, got out with BBQ tong& knife, duct disconnected from wall. Guests got 1 towel, 1 set of linen no working dryer???“Gourmet Kitchen” wasn’t. Large gas range tilted extremely, held pans to keep flat. 1 knob/stem for griddle broken off. Microwave filthy, Ice Mach bran, Fridge excellent Pans cheap, not scrubbed, did myself. Flatware not match nor enough forks & spoons for 16. Maint. brought new flatware. Cooking utensils everywhere. Too few serving or mix bowls. Coffee mach broken, Maint brought new. I organized & cleaned entire Kitch. Pool table ripped,dead bumpers, bunk bed not bolted together Maint fixed, No Hangers in master, hot tub panel not wrk. Smoke alarm battery chirp at 1:30AM. NIGHTMARE vacation 4 me

Lovely home with all the amenities for all ages

The communication and check in process was less then desirable. We waited until after 4 pm and no phone number to speak to anyone. Just an address to show up at for the key. The office staff claims he couldn’t Reach us because there was a 1 in front of the area code ?? Really. You have to collect your own garbage at the end of the stay and take in your car to get rid of. Not near the property. But the home was lovely and so fun.

Our group of 12 was enchanted by this spacious property! We had everything we needed. There was a ton of space for a multi-family crew— so much fun for all of us. Love the TWO game rooms and theatre!

Different Host and Landlord to deal with

Too many rooms and beds, but hard to find a quality bed except the master bedroom. Kitchen and Game room are fine. Check-in process is complex between the host on VRBO and the landlord. The same place and other places are available for a lower fee via the Big Bear Lake website directly.

Everything was as advertised

A wonderful house and perfect for a large group gathering. The Game rooms and theater are awesome. THe kitchen was well stocked and easy to work in. The only negative impression (very minor) is that in regards to paper supplies and towels was a little light for a full house for 3-4 days. We bought some extra Paper Towels/TP and there were not very many dish towels...BUT, it was a great house.

Nice property. Fantastic Views

Great time at cabin. Yearly trip with 2 extended families. Cabin was nice and clean. Some of the beds were soft and squeaky. Otherwise it was a fantastic time for all.
