The place was exactly what our group was looking for—spacious, clean, and in a great location! It comfortably fit our group and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Great location. We walked everywhere. Especially nice to be so close to Forsyth Park. The house was very comfortable. We had tons of space for 5 of us.

Highly recommend this property.Notes for those traveling with elderly family members or those with mobility issues. There are three steps to reach the front porch entry. With help, my elderly mother managed them fine. The stairs to the upstairs bedrooms would definitely be too much for someone with mobility issues, however, the parlor is able to be used as a bedroom which was perfect for our needs. For a short stay, it should be fine. But note that there is not a shower downstairs. All in all, the property is beautiful, well equipped, and perfect for a large group stay.

The home was lovely, clean and in a great location. However, we specifically wanted a 4 bedroom home and this home is misrepresented as such. The fourth "bedroom" is a day bed in the living room, no closet, and the street lights blazing in all night. Two guests ended up sharing a room which was not as planned. I reached out to Heirloom management about this two weeks ago and unfortunately have not heard a response.

Beautiful property with plenty of room to spread out. Nicely decorated with a well-appointed kitchen. The bedrooms were spacious and everything was spotless. Best of all, our host, Jamie, was outstanding and ensured we had everything we needed during our stay. Thank you Jamie!

This historic home is charming, clean and spacious! Original floors, soaring ceilings and custom trim and moulding throughout add so much beauty and history! It is located on a street of row houses and is within walking distance of Forsythe Park. Parking wasn't always available on the street and we had some loud music and rowdy people around the corner several times. It is not recommended that you walk at night in this area due to crime. We had an issue with the master bath toilet upon arrival and the management team was quick to respond and get it repaired. The house has a mixed variety of decor that leaves it feeling a bit odd overall and the sofa in the main living area really needs to be replaced. I feel like the listing pictures made the home look much more updated and bright and airy than it was in person. Overall, the home has some lovely qualities but I would choose a different area next time. Pricing wise, it was a good value for the size of the home and distance to things to see and do!

Excellent Stay in the Heart of Savannah!

We had a fantastic experience at this beautiful home in the Victorian District. The property was exactly as described—clean, spacious, and full of charm. It was the perfect home base for our time in Savannah. The host was incredibly accommodating to our needs and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Great place to stay!

This charming historic house was perfect for me and my two adult daughters. Great bedroom layout and so nice to have the kitchen and washer/dryer. There is a pretty steep staircase to the bedroom level so do be sure stairs are ok for your group. The location is unbeatable!

Great Victorian!

This was a beautiful home with more than enough space for 10 people! Not to mention the AC worked super well for those hot days out on River Street! Location was close to plenty and it was very easy to get around! We absolutely loved it!

Great house!

House was beautiful with everything we needed, great location in relation to Forsyth Park, but a little iffy on the streets to the left of the property. Not enough to deter us, would absolutely stay here again.

Cozy, clean Savanna get away

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. We were there for two nights with four adults and four children and had plenty of room for all. The decor was beautiful and all furniture including beds were very comfortable. It was a great location though not quite close enough to walk downtown. The kitchen was super clean and well stocked with everything we needed. One suggestion would be to maybe get some small plastic bowls and cups for kids. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous!

Centrally located to all that Savannah has to offer. Very clean and spacious. Plenty of towels, hair dyers, laundy detergent, dishwasher tabs, TP, etc. The only person i would not recommend this home to is anyone who may have difficulty navigating stairs: there are 5 steps up to front door, and 21 stairs to the second level, which is where the showers are. Other than that, it is a gorgeous, clean, and unique historical property!

Beautiful property

We loved this property. It was very clean and a great location. Parking was convenient even though it was street parking. I wouldn’t consider it a 4 bedroom as one of the bedrooms is more of a living room with French doors right when you walk in the house. The queen bedroom is also listed as having a twin bed included, but that was not the case. The property manager said there were rollaway beds in each of the closets, but there was only one queen air mattress in one of the closets. We ended up putting in the king room to sleep everyone in our family because it wouldn’t fit in the other rooms. Other than that we loved our stay here and would return.

Great property! The house was exactly as presented in the photos. Great kitchen, stocked with everything you need. And, lots of room to relax with your fellow guests. Communications with the host were easy and provided all of the information needed for a stress-free stay. We would stay here again.
