Wonderful home for our large family of grown children and grandchildren. Beds are comfortable. Beach access was a short walk and the beach is not crowded, we spent hours at the beach each day. We love the well stocked kitchen with plenty of cookware and appliances for whatever meals we planned. I would recommend they have some sort of plug or stopper for the garbage disposal side of the sink. We had a 5 night stay and ran out of toilet paper and paper towels by the second night, but Safeway is very close so we were able to restock quickly! We did not use the hot tub but I'm sure that is an added bonus for many guests!

Great view from the upstairs living area. We had a family gathering of 6 adults and 3 kids. The house is large with 3 floors and had plenty of room for everyone to spread out. There was a little snafu with the hot tub but once we figured out the issue it was ready to go the next day. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and dishes etc. Beach access is nearby. The house was comfortable and we enjoyed our visit.

Family beach vacation

The house was comfortable and had enough towels, conveniences, etc for all of us.Some of the cooking pots had scratches on the non stick surfaces and were unusable. The porch had some loose metal rods that needed to be secured. We did enjoy our stay.

We were gathering as a family to memorialize my late wife by spreading some of her ashes in Yaquina Head Outstanding Natural Area. Barb was supportive and helpful with me arranging the stay and having all the family who had gathered at the coast to have dinner together two evenings and it was a very important time to blend family as we bid my wife and their mother goodbye. The dining and living room area upstairs was a great place to gather and to eat. The ocean views were beautiful. If you have a large group looking for a relaxing place to stay I recommend this property.
