This property is tastefully decorated in a modern industrial style with vintage brick walls to accent the aesthetic. The kitchen and bathroom are large and completely remodeled. The furniture is comfortable and chic. The unit was large enough for a family of four to comfortably reside in. The unit featured a balcony that overlooked quaint Jackson’s Main Street. The walls had unique canvas prints. The bedroom was set apart from the unit, making it quiet and cozy for sleeping. The bed and bedding were very comfortable. The owner had excellent communication, greeted us and showed us around upon arrival and was extremely welcoming. This is a five star place. A gem

Great spot!

This place is awesome! Clean, cool, very well maintained. I felt well taken care of. George was very responsive, and I had everything I needed. Location right on Main St. was fun! I also loved sitting on the balcony enjoying the very pleasant evening air each night. Will definitely be back!

Historic Globe Stay

The Globe Hotel property was beyond our expectations. The space we occupied was just awesome. So, relaxing, comfortable, private and clean..... The location and close proximity to everything in the range of two hours is just perfect. We even took a day trip to San Francisco and went through the beautiful wine country . Downtown Jackson was right off our balcony, every morning listening to the towns surround sound speakers playing beautiful music while we drank our coffee.. Evening time was just as special over local wines we had bought during our day trips. Was always so great to get back to our special place for a relaxing evening and great nights sleep. George, you have created a very special place. We are so happy we found your property on VRBO. Thank you again, the time away from the outside crazy world was way overdue 😷👍🙏 Thank you, Rodney, Darrell and our Nine year old son Brayden....

Very large, wonderfully appointed place!! Just beautiful, and balcony to soak in the local flavor. Friendly people, friendly town. George & Kathy were fantastic hosts. Will stay again!

Great Stay!

This place is stunning, and has all the bells and whistles! The building is beautiful. Our room had an awesome balcony, sound system throughout with individual room control, beautiful finishes and furniture, and a nice and functional kitchen. Shower Pressure in bathroom is amazing! Highly recommend! Go to Rosebuds for breakfast/lunch while you are there!

Great spot and great experience

Our host was very accommodating and flexible. The place itself was even nicer than the photos - very big. Location and balcony overlooking Main Street were perfect. Take the host up on their offer of the Roku tutorial should you end up watching any TV.

AAahmazing!

The property was more beautiful in person than advertised. Spacious, newly renovated in the center of town and walking distance to everything. Guest parking behind the building made for a very convenient entry. Kathy checked us in and was very friendly. The apartment was much better than a run down hotel or busy casino. Highly recommend, and we would certainly return. The Roku TVs are a nighmare, I am not a fan of streaming television. Most channels required login and password information that was not provided or there was no subscription at all. We were not visiting to watch TV, but even the most basic of news and local channels were not possible and trying to figure it out was frustrating. If I could suggest a "fix" of any kind - it would be the addition of a binder or something with check out instructions, Roku operating info, local recommendations for food/entertainment/etc.

Great place in historical building and town.

Beautifully remodeled, spacious, great kitchen. Only minor issues were no cable tv, kitchen minimally equipped. Definitely look forward to booking again.

Fabulous Space

This apartment was huge, nicely furnished and very comfortable, plus quiet despite being on Main Street. Everything you need a 30 second walk away.... highly recommended! A miscommunication left us waiting outside for ~15 mins at check-in, but we were graciously shown the property. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

Lovely Jackson Apartment

The Jackson apartment is beautifully appointed. Cathy was a gracious host. Location is wonderful. Unfortunately, PG&E cut the power to Jackson the evening we were there so we were in the dark. Cathy was wonderful and made sure we had lanterns. We’d love to come back when the power is on.

We had a wonderful time at the property. It was modern yet respected the history of the building. Cathy was very helpful and waiting for us when we arrived. Great place and will definitely stay here again!

Amazing Experience!

Our stay at the Globe was amazing! The property is beautifully designed, decorated and maintained! Check in and communication with George was super easy! Would highly recommend the place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

Beautiful Place to Stay

From check in to check out everything was perfect. The pictures are spot on! Open space and lots of it, beautifully decorated, easy and friendly check-in and great location. George even sent a text after check in to make sure we had everything we needed. Full kitchen, huge bathroom, dining room, great living area, bedroom was roomy and even had a nice balcony. Parking was great to! I will definitely be back!

Outstanding and unique remodeled apartment in a great location!

We just enjoyed a wonderful four day stay here! The apartment was absolutely beautiful, and the attention to detail that was taken in completing this remodel is amazing! We are now spoiled and will not be happy staying in a regular hotel room again! The location is an extra plus, as it was fun to sit on the patio in the evening and enjoy the view of Main St. We will definitely be back and would give The Globe and the owner 6 stars if we could!!

Great stay

I really enjoyed my stay and I will be a return guest next year. I do have two suggestions though. First, it is very difficult to sleep in the second room on the pullout because of the light from the street and the balcony. Some blackout curtains would solve the issue. Also it would be nice to have two or more sets of keys available so that each guest can have access to the room independently. Once again it was a great stay and we will be coming back. Thank you!

So comfortable!!

We really loved our stay here! The apartment is so comfortable, stylish and a beautiful reminder of what the heart of town may have looked like so many years ago. A real treasure! George was a delight to work with and very helpful. This won’t be my last visit to The Globe.
