Great location to explore the area

Everything you need is provided and it’s centrally located. Close enough to walk to Church Street and short driving distance to so many surrounding areas worth exploring. Owner was very responsive when we reached out during our stay.

Convenient, cost-effective, spacious

This was just right for a group of friends who needed a convenient, comfy landing spot in Burlington. Walkable to anywhere. Lots of bedrooms, great kitchen amenities, and nice views out the backyard. We'd definitely stay here again!

Very Comfortable

Excellent location with lots of hiking nearby. Extremely comfortable. Air conditioning units in each bedroom made it wonderful for everyone.

Perfect fit for us

The location was a good spot between some local hot spots. The house has everything you need including around the kitchen. The rooms had AC units in the windows and kept us cool at night during the hot and humid days we stayed in July. I would stay there again for sure!

Good house for a family.

The house was good for us. The beds are comfortable. I would stay there again. Like others have said the lawn needed some care.

Great getaway

Came for a bachelorette party and this was the perfect spot. When the host mentioned a full kitchen, that was no joke, everything we could possibly need was there. The yard is gorgeous and the beds were comfortable. The host was communicative as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Exactly what we wanted

Place was clean and comfortable, despite the listing saying no ACs there were ACs in each bedroom that were already on when we arrived making it wonderfully cool inside despite it being a sweltering day. We hope to rent the same place for a week in 2025.

Great place to stay!

This house is very centrally located. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the bedrooms had window a/c units, as we didn't think there was any a/c in the house, based on other reviews and the description of the property listed. There are lots of fans, also, that we used in the downstairs of the house. From other reivews I had read that said the driveway could be difficult to get out of we were leary of that but we didn't have any issues at all. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed, as we did eat several meals at the house. We used my Netflix and Prime Video accounts to watch some movies. We did use the elliptical machine several times so it was nice to have that there. Andrea was very responsive to a couple of questions we had before and during our stay.

Convenient Burlington location

Andrea was great to work with and responsive to any questions and concerns. We were in Burlington for our daughter’s wedding, so we had friends and family gathering at many points during the weekend, and it was a perfect place for it. The kitchen was well stocked for the type of gatherings we had, and the living room was spacious yet cozy for the bridal party activities on the wedding day. The house was just 7 minutes to most of the places we went to—groceries, department stores, lake front, and the wedding venue. It is located very near a busy intersection, so easy to miss when driving, and it was sometimes challenging to exit the driveway. We were a bit disappointed that the yard was a bit neglected, as it would have been nice to have some outdoor photos with the bridal party. The house is not air conditioned, so we were glad to have fans in all of the bedrooms. All in all, we had a great experience with this rental.

Great long weekend accomodations

My husband and I stayed here, along with our adult daughters and niece's family for my son's wedding. It was the perfect layout for the eight of us. The interior of the house was well kept, but the lawn/landscaping could use some TLC. Communication with the owner was exceptional. Overall, we had a great stay in this house.

We were in Burlington for our son and daughter's wedding. We were the parents of the groom and the bride. Our newly formed family found your house very comfortable. There were public and private areas and a lovely backyard with a resident bunny. We all agreed that getting in and out of the driveway is a challenge but we managed. The upstairs bedrooms were very nice. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay. We would love to come back.

Nice house, great location

Worked well for our family! Spent Christmas here and home had what we needed to make a nice dinner. House was in a great location-close to airport, close to downtown. Would stay here again.

Great location for a visit to UVM.

My family of 7 adults visited Burlington for three nights. We found the beds very comfortable. The house had everything we needed and the market, target, and trader joes and laundromat (where you can drop off and they will launder and fold for you for $1.50 per lb. while you are out having fun) less than a 5 minute drive. We visited the breweries downtown. The walk was pleasant and took us about 20 minutes mostly downhill. We took Uber’s back for reasonable fee. If visiting UVM or the Hospital or Cancer Center it is a very convenient location, just across the street.

3 couple family reunion for wedding

We had everything we needed for our stay in Burlington for a family wedding. Had 3 couples staying at the house. Some rooms are bigger than others so after working that out it was fine. Smallest room had a squeaky bed though. Nice big living room with comfortable furniture, easy for all of us to relax. We only needed the kitchen for breakfast and it was well equipped for that. Nice big table for meals. Negotiating the driveway and the busy street was the biggest negative to the property. Also finding electrical outlets near a mirror was a challenge to the ladies needing hair dryers and curling irons since the bathrooms don’t have them. Not used to that but we live on the West coast and maybe this is normal on the East coast. Outside of house needs some love but the inside was comfortable, plenty of bedding, towels, and kitchen items. Overall we had what we needed and had a pleasant stay.

Good stay at spacious house

This house is accurately depicted and worked very well for our group of 7. The living room is very spacious and was a good room for us all to hang out together. The back sunroom was a nice place to drink coffee and look out at the pear trees. We appreciated having two bathrooms and plenty of extra towels. There is no A/C, but each bedroom has a very nice quiet oscillating fan and we slept comfortably. The house was very clean; our only complaint was that the windows were rather dirty (on the outside). We didn't try to cook in the kitchen; I suspect that might have been a little frustrating as it had kind of an odd assortment of utensils. The location is on a busy street so there is a fair amount of road noise (and an occasional ambulance; a hospital is just across the street). But this did not interfere with our sleep or enjoyment of our time there. Downtown is about a 20 minute stroll away, the airport is an 8 minute drive away, and both the interstate and grocery store are just a 5 minute drive away. So the location is convenient.
