We truly value your continued business and are sorry that this visit did not meet the standards you’ve come to expect from us. We appreciate you bringing these maintenance and cleanliness concerns to our attention. The broken blinds, bathroom window, and oven are all items we will have our maintenance team address, and we’ll also be reviewing the home carefully to ensure these issues are corrected. We’re particularly sorry that the home was not as clean as it should have been upon your arrival, including the floors and tub. That is not the experience we want our guests to have. We also take your comments regarding the ants, spiders, and other bugs seriously and will have the property inspected and treated as needed. We’ll also review our arrival checklist to make sure basic supplies, including trash bags, are properly stocked for our guests. Thank you again for letting us know where we fell short.
