This is the most wonderful romantic getaway. It’s a perfect location with lots of things to do. It’s absolutely gorgeous inside and so comfy. Two fireplaces and exquisitely decorated. I want to live here!

Amazing experience at the most charming unit in a great downtown location. Listing as advertised and we loved being able to walk everywhere! We will definitely return to this VRBO next time we visit Ann Arbor! Clean, great communication, well stocked, everything you could ask for!

Great location! Very comfortable. Can be a bit loud at night on weekends but we were all ok with it. Would stay here again. Just an fyi, the bunk room is accessed through the master bedroom.

Great apartment right in the middle of downtown Ann Arbor. Super clean and comfortable. Easy parking out back. Having 2 bathrooms was great. Well equipped kitchen allowed us to stay in one night and cook a nice dinner. While there was a little bit of street noise at night, it really wasn't bad at all. Would definitely stay here again!

Everything was fantastic!

The place was fantastic, just as advertised. The location was ideal for exploring downtown, and an easy walk to the stadium. The host were very friendly and accommodating. I would highly recommend.

Another fabulous stay in central Ann Arbor

Another great stay. The unit is well appointed, clean, comfortable with good living space for our group of family and a friend. We’ve stayed here before and really enjoy the amenities as well as being walkable to many restaurants. The property manager is responsive, check in easy. Highly recommend!

Excellent location with comfortable space

Love the downtown location, but because of this the area is very active and lively. Great space and easy check in. Communication was excellent. Would definitely stay here again.

Well located and Clean

This was our first time staying in a VRBO in Ann Arbor. The owner/manager is very responsive. The condo is very centrally located, clean, and well stocked. We thought it was much better value than staying in the Graduate hotel. The only thing I would flag is that the room with the bunk beds is really more appropriate for children and is connected to the master bedroom.

Perfect Ann Arbor Stay!

We loved our stay in Ann Arbor. The location of this loft can’t be beat. We were so close to all the great restaurants on Main Street and also walked to the game. The owner was easy to communicate with and very responsive. The loft was clean and well maintained and a perfect size for the 7 of us back for a college reunion. I would definitely stay here again!

Owning real estate is somewhat of a hobby for us and we love short term rentals since we enjoy being a part of creating new experiences for our guests :-)
