Hi Sarah, we’re happy to hear that you felt like the house was great & in a great location with everything inside you would need. We apologize about the beach chairs but due to the approaching storm, we let you know that the beach vendor was unable to set them up. The white ceiling fans have cloth covers that are going to be replaced shortly. The fan wasn’t dusty, the cloth was stained. We sent a property manager to you who spoke with you about your situation but the cleanliness of the home was never mentioned or we would have taken care of that for you. Thank you for your feedback, we hope you were able to enjoy your stay.

Jann, we appreciate you taking the time to provide us with some feedback regarding your vacation rental experience while staying in Casa del Mar, a 5-bedroom/5.5-bathroom Spanish-style home in the gated Pinecrest community of Inlet Beach. This rental is located on 30A, one of the busiest, most popular roads in the area. All intersections are busy with visitors and locals alike. When made aware of the following issues that you were concerned with, a team member showed up in person to the house to address these issues. Guests are advised ahead of time via the arrival notes that the damaged paneling is present in the home. The owner is aware of the issue as well as the rust on the curtain rods and curtains and is planning on having these issues fixed once this property is vacant. This property has been booked constantly. The television is in working condition and the arrival notes provide information on how to operate it. While we do understand your frustration regarding a shower not working properly, this home provided four other functioning showers for guests to use. We offered for someone to come and fix the shower that was not working properly, but this offer was refused due to you not wanting anyone else in the property at the time of your visit. We would have been more than happy to remedy any of these issues that you have commented on had we been given permission to enter the property during your stay. We hope that you did enjoy the layout and decor of this property overall. Thank you for choosing Real Joy.

Hi Andra, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review of your stay. We hope you enjoyed the short walk to the beach and community pool. We’re pleased that you found the master a nice size and common gathering areas. We would like to apologize for the inconveniences you experienced here. These issues should have never occurred. We did some checking and found there is a house that is doing some interior work and there is a saw outside for cutting but it is not ongoing construction.
