Everything about this property was PERFECT! Scheduling was easy. Access to the property was well communicated and flawless. Everything in this home was carefully thought out and made this a very memorable stay. Stocked with plenty of towels, blankets, pillows, and everything you need in the kitchen. GREAT HOME, WE WILL STAY HERE AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION!!!

The house is beautifully decorated and in a wonderful setting. It's a very quiet neighborhood, other than the occasional barking dog. If you love to watch wildlife, we had deer, squirrels, chipmunks and a myriad of birdlife visiting the back patio. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked. Also, the owner was quickly responsive to any questions or concerns. We would definitely stay at this lovely location again.

My family loved this home. Great backyard. The corner lot made the house seem very private. The owner was very communicative and helpful. The later checkout time was also greatly appreciated.

Luxury in the Pines

May 2025. We stayed at Liz’s property for our Grandsons graduation from NAU. The property was absolutely beautiful and location couldn’t have been better.Liz is an awesome host. She was quick to answer all of my questions and concerns. I would highly recommend this property for anyone interested in visiting Flagstaff or surrounding areas

Wonderful stay!

We love this gem of a place! Liz is a wonderful host. We stay here every time we come up to visit our college student. The home is cozy and quiet with all the amenities we need. We love the backyard that has tons of wildlife to watch. 10/10 rating.

Good Experience

This is a comfortable clean home, very well stocked and in a quiet neighborhood. Liz, the host, was very responsive and accommodating. Our family of five, including seniors and an 18 month old, all found our happy place here. Nice trails that can be accessed from the back yard. Would recommend.

Great hiuse to rent.

The house backed up to a national forest and had hiking trails everywhere. The house itself was very well stocked and had everything we needed. Communication with Liz was easy and helpful.

This is the most comfortable, home-y VRBO we have ever stayed in. It really felt almost like it was our own vacation home rather than a short term rental. The kitchen has everything you could need, even a selection of spices and seasonings. We appreciated small touches: plenty of towels, a box of tissues in each room, good-quality pans and knives.The beds were comfortable and in good condition, with good pillows and linens. Three bedrooms and two upstairs baths made our family of four very comfortable. We enjoyed hours sitting on the back patio, sipping coffee and watching the hummingbirds and finches at the feeders. You can walk out the back yard into pine forest. On cool nights we opened the windows but the ac worked great when we needed it. Check-in was a breeze and it was very easy to communicate with the owner. We are repeat visitors to Flagstaff and hope to be able to stay here again on future visits.

Beautiful home

We enjoyed our stay at Liz’s place while attending family weekend for NAU. We loved all the birds, squirrels and chipmunks in the backyard. The home was cozy and had everything we needed.

Family vacation

Beautiful, comfortable and quiet home with all the amenities needed for a wonderful getaway. We were able to do day trips to Sedona and the Grand Canyon while coming back to the most relaxing atmosphere. The owner is quick in responding, check-in is seamless and checkout is simple. Would highly recommend and our hopeful to return.

I have lived on both coasts and currently live in Goodyear, AZ. I bought this property as a vacation home and part time short term rental. Since getting divorced a couple years ago, it has been used more as the latter. I love the property and the area and enjoy sharing it as a Vrbo host.

The neighborhood is very close to NAU, town and shopping, yet it is nestled in a pine forest. As it contains townhomes with an HOA, the exteriors are well kept and the front yards are maintained by the HOA.

My property backs up to the National Forest on two sides and though it is close to townhomes and other homes, it can feel like it is alone in the woods. Also, it is one of the rare detached townhomes so it is essentially like a single family home.
