Cabin was adequate. Needs brighter lighting and could use a little deeper cleaning. A deck board is broken and could be a little dangerous. The guttering has come down and I believe it’s in the yard outside the primary bedroom.

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We appreciate you bringing these concerns to our attention and are sorry to hear certain aspects of the cabin did not fully meet expectations. We do want to note that we were not made aware of any of these issues during your stay. Had we been contacted, we would have gladly sent our team out to address the lighting, cleaning concerns, and maintenance items right away to help make your stay more comfortable and safe. That said, we take your comments seriously and will be reviewing the deck board, guttering, and overall property condition with our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure everything is properly addressed. Thank you again for your feedback and for staying with us. We truly appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to provide you with an even better experience in the future.
