We moved from Overland Park, KS in 2017 to Tucson and now call it home. There couldn't be more contrast between Tucson & Rio Mar, but both offer the outdoor activities we enjoy. While in Tucson we enjoy hiking and camping and providing VRBO accommodations at our Canyon View Condo here in Tucson..

In Panama, we have the oceanfront view that we can enjoy short to almost endless beach runs, swimming and just enjoying the coastal view. We also enjoy taking weekend trips either to Panama City for shopping, El Valle for the farmers market, or Boquette for a completely different vibe in coffee country.

Our interests in becoming a host stemmed from reading "Rich Dad Poor Dad" by Robert Kyosaki and converted our first condo located at Ventana Canyon in Tucson into a full time VRBO rental. We focused on quality, cleanliness, and client satisfaction and have maintained a 5/5 star rating on both.

Panama has a lot to offer with a stable and growing economy, great health care, warm climate. We chose Riomar for it's close proximity yet distance away from the city. Rio Mar has a resort feel without the resort hustle.

The residents at Rio Mar make the difference. Even for our guests, they are invited to the local events and made to feel as if they live there during their stay. The staff is phenomenal and constantly maintaining the grounds, pools and amenities to provide a relaxing and tranquil setting.

Another fantastic benefit to our residents is the general makeup of US, Canada and Panamanian residents that live there. Our local HOA board is top shelf and constantly focused on maintenance and keeping the property beautiful. (There is a substantial difference between Rio Mar building quality, features, and ascetics compared to other properties in the area.)

Rio Mar is conveniently located between Coronado and Rio Hato with the benefit of being directly on beach. Both towns offer shopping, fresh fish markets, dental and healthcare.

It's also located near Panama City for a day trip or spending the weekend in the city for shopping, dining, or touring. If you want a quick run to El Valle a small mountain town and the temperature will drop about 10F, (which during summer months we get the mountain breeze at Rio Mar). Along the way there are nice vistas and several roadside restaurants.

Our home offers a spacious and open layout with spectacular views. Our furnishings are tastefully curated to the space that provide quality and comfort.

One of the most important services is our professional cleaning staff who perform a deep cleaning between each guest stay. They take pride in their work and provide an invaluable service.

Our guest services manager, performs a final inspection and prepares a fresh gift basket prior to check-in to ensure everything is properly cleaned and fully furnished. From there our property manager arranges check-in/out, provides an overview of the property and is on-call during your stay in the event an issue with the property arrises.

During this time we also make our selves available to provide travel information, amenity and local knowledge, and to answer any pre-travel or information during your stay.
