2016年9月に200 m2の広々とした豪華なヴィラは、トラバーチンストーンタイル、4.5 * 9のゼラグリーンの石のインフィニティプールで完全に改装されました。 5 m、岩の息をtakingむような景色、2つのビーチへのアクセス、2400 m 2の緑豊かな庭園、それぞれに隣接するバスルームを備えた4つのエアコン完備のベッドルーム（ダブルキャノピーベッドと蚊帳を備えた3つのベッドルーム、子供2人と小さなベッド2人）、したがって10人の収容能力、設備の整ったキッチン、ランドリールーム、動体検知器に関連付けられた庭の自動照明。
家は大きなディアマントビーチからわずか50メートルのところにあり、レストランに近い。

Superbe Villa

Quel beau voyage nous avons fait! La villa était parfaite, Bien situé. Belle vue sur le rocher Diamant. La piscine était incroyable. Nous étions 8, 4 adultes et 4 enfants. Très grande villa, même plus grande que ce que nous avions perçu sur les photos. La villa est très bien équipé. Chacun avait ses appartements (chambres et salles de bains). pour ce qui est de la plage de diamant, à proximité de la villa, la mer était forte avec beaucoup d'algue. La responsable des lieux, Céline, est très disponible et répond très rapidement lorsque nous avons des demandes. Merci Céline! Je recommande la villa fortement.

Location haut de gamme

Vue exceptionnelle dans un cadre et un confort exceptionnel. Tout a été à la hauteur de nos attentes malgré une crainte à l'arrivée lié au prix de la location. Nous avions peur que les deux ne soient pas en adéquation. Ce n'a pas été le cas, loin de là. Au top du top !

Magnifique villa face au diamant

Très belle villa, idéalement placée face au diamant avec plage accessible à pied. La piscine à débordement est somptueuse et très agréable. La maison est spacieuse avec 4 chambres et la cuisine est bien équipée. Literie de qualité avec chambres climatisées. Le jardin est très grand, avec jolie pelouse et très bien entretenu. Il y a un coin pour faire un barbecue, très pratique. Très bonne communication avec la propriétaire et son relai sur place. Je recommande cette maison.

Séjour Parfait !

Vue incroyable sur le diamant, magnifique piscine à débordement, très jolie maison fonctionnelle, idéale pour nous (deux couples avec deux enfants de 8 et 10 ans). L’accueil a été parfait, rien à redire sur cet excellent séjour à la Martinique. Merci encore à Régine. PS : l’excellent restaurant « chez Ernest » est à 5 minutes à pieds de la maison au creux de l’anse à droite !).

My biggest recommendations for this property ! Amazing place to stay for holidays

Very clean and beautiful house ! a lot of space , you will have everything you need , fully equipped . Infinity poll with breath taking view to the diamond rock, a huge yard with the place to have barbecue outside. Really conferrable beds , every room have their own bathroom and conditioner. Close to the beautiful beach . Thanks to the owners we really felt like at home. Do not look no more, this is the place where you want to spend your holidays with friends or family ! A+ recommendations

En fait il y a très peu à dire: tout était parfait. La maison, la piscine, la plage, la vue, les restaurant tout près (mention spéciale pour “Chez Ernest”), les environs... Et propiétaire très simpatique en plus.

Beautiful property and views of Le Diamant.

This was a lovely property and we truly enjoyed our two week stay in Le Diamant. The house is airy, bright and very comfortable. The pool is beautiful and refreshing. There are two beaches just a short walk down a path out of the yard. There are good restaurants and grocery stores close by which is all very convenient. We enjoyed exploring the beautiful island of Martinique. We took a wonderful catamaran day trip, rode quads at a sugar cane plantation / rum distillery, explored some of the towns at the north and south ends of the island with many lovely beaches and outdoor markets all over the island. The owner provide us with a welcome package including a bottle of Rum, Champagne, foie gras, coffee, eggs, milk, cheese and bread - very nice and thoughtful! We have rented a number of vacation homes over the last several years and prior to this experience basic essentials such as toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, dish washing detergent, etc. have always been provided so we were a little surprised that while there were enough of these to get us started they were not considered a part of the rental so knowing this in advance would have been helpful. The kitchen is well equipped and we did enjoy cooking several meals and dining on the veranda near the pool. We would recommend visiting Martinique and this villa in Le Diamant. Our trip was very relaxing and enjoyable!

Gorgeous!

We went with our adult children and spouses, 7 in all, and there was plenty of space. The infinity pool with view of the sea and Diamant was breathtaking as were the views from both sides of the beaches. We had a FABULOUS time and did not want to leave! Thank you Régine!

Très belle villa dans un cadre somptueux, tout confort. Bien décorée et équipée. Terrasse, piscine, vue : un régal ! Environnement calme, mer accessible depuis l’immense jardin (attention mer agitée peut être dangereuse) Accueil très chaleureux des propriétaires. Très bien pour 3 couples, la 4ème chambre étant bien moins agréable.

Stunning Villa, Outstanding Stay

What amazing Christmas vacations we had in this house. We were a total of 8 adults, 2 children and a baby for 2 weeks. Great view from the house with a unique view on the Diamant; the decor and the atmosphere were perfectly on point with minimalistic and clean beach house approach. The space and the backyard gave a very "zen" feel to our stay. We were a bit afraid with the latest comment stating the house was not close to the beach. Worry not, you have a DIRECT access to the beach, you just have a walk a short path from the backyard directly onto the Diamant beach, and it is absolutely marvelous. The sand is very soft and gradually enters the ocean, making it perfect to enter the water. My wife and I walked some mornings on the beach with our 9-months old baby before breakfast. The house was very clean, AC working in every room and the fridge had no problem keeping the food cool and making ice cubes. The kitchen is fully equipped and it was a blast to cook with so many people in it. Every bedroom has a waterfall shower in it and it feels just perfect after a long day hiking, or on the beach, etc. The pool was so enjoyable, with a direct view to the Diamant. Perfect for late evening swims, or stargazing when night comes. One of my favorite part of the house is the deck with the view on the pool, the Diamant and the backyard. It was so peaceful and magical. We met the owners during our stay and shared a drink together. They were very friendly and cared a lot for what we thought of the house and our stay. They went above and beyond by purchasing a high chair and a bed for the baby. The owner also greeted us with a beautiful floating wood Christmas tree attached to one of the walls, perfect to put us in the mood. I hope many more will enjoy this villa, we surely recommend it.

Lovely view from behind some house! So it's not truly right on the beach as stated!

The house was nice and had a fully equipped kitchen. It was nice to have two restaurants so close! However it was stated they were in walking distance! Well... If you are up to walking in a dark very hilly and very rocky path on a cliff to get to them then go for it! Highly recommend Ernest's But was not fond of New Cap! Another restaurant to acknowledge was Le Blanche ! The pool was lovely along with the view! The comments about the beach being steps from our house was VERY DECEIVING!!! It's a fifty foot walk on an uneven curvy path to get to another very rocky And hilly fifty foot path and a few rocks to climb down to get to the beach! While we were there the beach was not very inviting due to all of the stinky seaweed the washed up and consumed most of the beach space! The language barrier was a Big Problem . So if you don't speak French and if you have any mobility issues I would not suggest this House or the area! Sorry!

Beautiful location!

We absolutely loved this property. It was perfect for our party of one couple and three singles. AC in the bedrooms worked well. We had trouble finding it and couldn't reach the owner for 90 minutes. We had asked for directions but only received them to Le Diamant, not to the house so we drove around for a long time until She called. Be sure to ask for specifics before you go. Had wonderful dinners at Chez Ernest and New Cap, both a 5 minute walk. The Pizza and Pizzabook is sooo good! The house is has a well equipped kitchen so cooking meals was very easy. Diamant beach is the nicest beach on the island and it is accessible from the house. The pool was fabulous. We spent most of our time outside and we used several cans of bug spray. We had such a wonderful time in Martinique that we are considering going back next year. We would definitely rent this home again!

Modernes Traumhaus in exzellenter Lage

Dieses Haus ist ein Traum! Wir (zwei Familien mit jeweils einem Kind) waren eine Woche in diesem wunderbaren Haus. Alles ist modern und sehr edel eingerichtet, die Zimmeraufteilung ist perfekt: jedes Schlafzimmer hat ein eigenes Bad und die Zimmer sind weit genug entfernt, um auch Privatsphäre zu ermöglichen. Der Infinity Pool ist wunderschön und der Ausblick auf das Wahrzeichen Martiniques (den Diamond Rock) unbezahlbar! Es sind wenige Schritte zu zwei Straenden, der eine bietet zwei Restaurants, der andere ist nur einen Spaziergang vom kleinen Ort Diamant entfernt. Und auch die Lage an sich bietet eine gute Ausgangsbasis um den Süden der Insel zu erkunden (Achtung: Auto sollte man haben!) Die Inhaber sind sehr herzlich und haben uns wunderbar empfangen und betreut! Insgesamt ein toller, unvergesslicher Urlaub.... sehr zu empfehlen! Merci Beaucoup, Regine! See you next time!

Superbe location

Très très belle maison, nous étions 8 personnes tout le séjour (12 jours) 3 couples et 2 enfants et vraiment chacun a trouvé son indépendance . L'accès direct à la plage a été bien apprécié de tous, autant pour la baignade que pour aller faire les courses et le marché . Les matériaux, la décoration et l'équipement sont de très bon goût. Régine, la proprietaire, a été très accueillante et charmante.

Belle villa avec superbe vue

Notre famille avons séjourné deux semaines dans cette superbe villa et nous en garderons de merveilleux souvenirs. Les propriétaires Régine et Bruno sont très attentifs à vos questions et demandes, ce qui fut très apprécié. Nous sommes allés visiter quelques endroits dont le jardin de Balata et la distillerie St-James ainsi que les nombreuses plages mais le confort de la maison, la terrasse et la piscine ainsi que la plage du Diamant à une minute de marche ont fait en sorte que nous sommes restés plus souvent installés confortablement "chez nous".

Fantastic Villa!

We had an incredibly awesome time! The house was perfect for our family - four kids age 11-14 . The pool was perfect for us and the view is hard to beat! The owners were very friendly and responsive. I would definitely recommend this to a friend.

amazing!

My husband and I celebrated our 10 year wedding anniversary here with our 3 kids (9, 7 and 4). The house was perfect, the pool was amazing. We spent most mornings by the pool and would walk down to the beach with the boogie boards in the afternoon. Took a day trip to mt Pelee, did some snorkeling at Les anses d'arlet and walked down to the 2 nearby restaurants a few times. Only thing we wish we had brought was a speaker to hook up to pandora! Cant wait to come back.

Fantastic Stay near Le Diamant

I almost don't want to review this to keep this amazing place a secret--what a lovely villa we had the pleasure to stay in. A group of us--my husband and three close friends--spent 10 days at this charming villa, which sits on the outskirts of Le Diamant. The house has four bedrooms/four bathrooms, which is great for couples/friends interested in some degree of privacy. The kitchen is well stocked and all of the bathrooms have been recently renovated. The best aspects of this villa: (1) the amazing pool/view from the terrace--you can hear and see the ocean from comfortable loungers; (2) the location--it's about 35 minutes from FDF and an easy drive (or beach walk) into Le Diamant that is equipped with many restaurants, two grocery stores, a bakery, and a pizza shop. The house is an easy walk to two beaches and a short walk to two restaurants. I've rented a lot of houses and flats all over the world and this was one of my favorite experiences. I got a proper tropical getaway, without sacrificing any conveniences. The Wi-Fi worked great if you must stay connected! Regine was very responsive via WhatsApp/texting/email. A car is useful despite all the things in walking distance because you'll want to explore the island during your trip.
