Biltmore Terrace Condo

The Biltmore Terrace condo property location is fantastic! Access to the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club is very convenient as is the access to grocery shopping and restaurants. Beautiful neighborhood.

Wonderful overall experience....reminded us of early VRBO lodging

Location, location, location. Can't say enough about the neighborhood and it's location between Phoenix Central, Scottsdale and points north and south. Accessible to great dining and entertainment. The town home was excellent and the owner accommodating and responsive. This is our sixth or seventh VRBO in Phoenix and this is #1 or #2 on our list.

Exactly as advertised

This is the first VRBO that we are reserving for a second year. The most spacious one bedroom condo ever in our years of renting VRBO properties. Meaning a living room large enough for 6 to lounge in front of the big flat screen TV. A dining "room" and kitchen large enough to have friends and family over for dinner. A bedroom large enough to have a work desk for your computer. Plus a huge walk in closet. Clean and comfortable, with location, location, location; 20 minutes to Old Town Scottsdale, 10 minutes to DT museums, 15 minutes to North Mtn Park and 25 to South Mtn Park. Three minutes to two Biltmore golf courses. And, of course Biltmore Center Shopping. Best of all was the preparation, responsiveness and accommodation of the owner. Janie was awesome.

A+ A Wonderful Stay in Fabulous Location

This lower level unit is a very nice and spacious 1 bedroom with an extra half bath and a spacious kitchen. Although a bit dark inside, the interior is very comfortable. I was very proud to have been the first tenant and to have scored this great find. The owner Janie was a pleasure to deal, works very diligently to make things right, as she was very prompt with resolving the minor issues that cropped up.You can't go wrong with the location as it is within easy access of the airport, no more than 15-20 minutes from key amenities, and walking distance to well stocked Safeway( so close!), restaurants, a nice full stocked gym on Camelback across the street, with quick access to the Arizona Canal Trail which is a joggers and walkers dream. Beautiful Biltmore Hotel & Spa and amenities, Biltmore golf course,and the stunning walk-able surrounding upscale neighborhood with bubbling fountains, manicured lawns, and roses everywhere provide an amazing nearby experience. We stayed nearly a month and a car was not needed for this relaxing stay, but rather walked or used public transportation as needed. Wish I was there now!

Married couple now living on the East Coast. We are native Oklahomans, both graduates of Oklahoma State University and husband is ex-military. We enjoy shopping, fine dining, and visiting spas to decompress from our stressful jobs. We are particularly fans of long drives on back roads, mountains, and exploring new places on the weekend.

Janie relocated to Phoenix in 2016 due to employment circumstance. After looking at approximately 20 condos in Tempe, Phoenix, and Scottsdale she ultimately chose this one over more updated 2 bedrooms due to the outstanding location and quietness. The condo was also fully furnished by the former owners who lived there while their new home was being built.
At Biltmore Terrace, you can: run, walk, jog, lay out at the pool and view mountains and sparkling ponds with waterfowl, watch golfers, walk to bars/coffee/restaurants. This property is an enclave within the city.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The condo has been remodeled partially since 2016 (new floor in living room/dining room/entry, new carpet in master and closet, new 1/2 bath, and all new kitchen appliances) and we will continue to lovingly update! The shower has not been replaced, but has the best water pressure you could hope for these days and no shortage of hot water.The furniture is designer in the bedroom with the most comfortable mattress we've ever slept on. The living room sectional is comfortable as well and there is another sofa in the dining area. This condo is on the dark side (which was fine with us given the extreme heat in the summer time) due to the stairwell blocking the dining room windows. The kitchen is a bit unique with the black and white theme, but it's definitely big, stocked, and all appliances are new.
