Brand new (never occupied) 3+ bedroom/2 bath home available in late April 2023. Home has an extra room - den, study or even a 4th bedroom. 1850 square feet. 2 car attached garage. All appliances included with washer/dryer. Back yard space backs up to a canal so no neighbors directly behind the property.
Rent includes all fees - all utilities, Wi-Fi access, yard maintenance, HOA and CDD fees. Charlotte County Recreational Center is 3 blocks away with a great pool, tennis courts and pickle ball courts and the like. Open to the public. 5+ miles of walking trails. Very nice new development. 12-month lease only with option for longer stay. $2,000 damage deposit.

This is a great find for a 12-month+ long term with longer stay to be considered. New (never lived in) 3+ bedroom with 2 complete bathrooms. Two car garage. Nicely landscaped. All costs included in rent including insect/pest treatment. Unfurnished
Nicely appointed with quart countertops, ceramic plank flooring in living areas and new carpet in bedrooms. Central heat and air-conditioning.
