複合施設には、2つの美しいプールと小さな子供用の2つのパドリングプール（塩水）があります。 夏には、5月31日から10月31日まで、すべてのスイミングプールに24時間アクセスできます。 冬には、オープンでアクセス可能なプールは1つだけです。 自転車も複合施設でレンタルできます。

アパートには地下に専用駐車場もあります（夏の暑い時期に理想的です）。

車がなくても、300メートル以内に小さなお店、レストラン、お店があります。 さらに、近くには定期的なバスサービスがあり、レストラン、ショップ、さまざまなマリーナ、ヴェラの水生公園、カート場、スポーツセンターなどのさまざまなアクティビティに近づくことができます。 、スイミングプール、テニス、その他のアクティビティ...すべてが非常に簡単にアクセスできます。

Another great stay at this lovely apartment Really hot in September and cooler towards November obviously so able to start with the beach and end with the sightseeing and culture of the surrounding areas Apartment is very well equipped with very good Wi-Fi and kitchenware Isabelle is very easy to contact via WhatsApp and very quick to respond The complex is a mix of residential second homes and letting mainly Spanish and tranquil There is a great bar at the end of the road Leon cyber cafe with a very good Indian restaurant opposite and a Merca china bazaar next doorWe really enjoyed our stay and look forward to coming back to Vera in the near future

Lovely apartment

We really enjoyed our stay here so much so by the third week we booked again for next year The area is very tranquil at this time of the year with few holiday makers which we preferred Isabelle was contactable almost immediately with her replies and also sending us info on some local beauty spots The apartment has everything you could want and more and the patios and roof top offer all day sun or shade if you prefer Looking forward to next year!!

If youre looking for peace and tranquility to recharge this is definitely the place. The apartment was truly immaculate, very well stocked with kitchen appliances and leftover basic cupboard rations like herbs, salt, sugar, oil coffee, tea. Very clean and loads of outdoor space. The complex also has great facilities, with two pools to choose from. The reason we gave the area a four star is because it was a little further from the beach than we thought originally, although still walking distance about 10 min walk. In addition, you had to walk that far to hit any restaurants. Furthermore, we noticed the timings of the restaurants were a bit tricky for us as none of them (and we tried many during the week) appeared to be serving food before 20.00. This is however a personal preference as we are early eaters. And this might have also been because we went just out of peak holiday time, in the first week of September. For these reasons we definitely made use of our hire car, to go to markets in other close by towns and explore other beaches. For a basic hire price of 50 (90 with insurance online price), this was the best 90 we spent.Overall we truly enjoyed our stay and would readily return.

Kasbah Vera

Eine schöne gepflegte und bei unserem Aufenthalt (Februar bis März) sehr ruhige Anlage. Der Blick von den beiden Terrassen vor allem ins Hinterland toll. Ausstattung sehr gut auch für längeren Aufenthalt. Wir waren mit den Rädern hier und alles konnte gut erreicht werden. Es hat uns gut gefallen.

Excellentissime séjour à la Kasbah

Nous avons séjourner un mois entier à la Kasbah del puerto dans ce magnifique appartement très bien équipé et très bien situé. Nous avons eu le plaisir de rencontrer les propriétaires Isabelle et Didier ainsi que leurs enfants qui en plus de nous avoir trés bien accueilli, nous ont également conseillé tant sur les choses à visiter que sur les restaurants du coins. La literie est de trés bonne qualité même le canapé convertible du salon. Il y a un lave-vaisselle et un lave-linge, outils indispensables pour passer de bonne vacances. La plage est situé à 500m et est accessible par un chemin piéton sécurisé de la résidence à la plage. Pour résumer, nous recommandons sans problème ce magnifique appartement pour passer d'excellentes vacances et encore un grand MERCI à Isabelle et Didier pour l'ensemble de notre séjour 😉

Sehr tolle Wohnung, richtig schöne Wohnanlage und eine wunderbare Gegend, die einlädt sie zu erkunden (gerade als Radfahrer). Immer wieder gern. Das nächste Mal dann allerdings erst ab April, in der Vorsaison gab es gerade für die Kinder nicht so viel zu erleben. Zum Glück gab es noch einen geöffneten Pool in der Wohnanlage 😁

Mega tolles Objekt

Die super Bewertung, weil wirklich alles vohanden war. Von Töpfen, Pfannen, Geschirr bis zu den Küchengräten. Auch eine große Auswahl an Gewürze und Putmittel waren vorhanden. Die Ausstattung ließ keine Wünsche offen. Zwei der Terrassen sind voll möbeliert. Liegen,Tische und Stühle in einer sehr guten Qualität. Begrüßt wurden wir mit Bier, Wein, Limonade, Cornflakes und Bonbon. Wir bedanken uns bei Angelikki für den unvergesslichen Urlaub.

El alojamiento estaba en muy buenas condiciones,tenía todo lo necesario. La ubicación era perfecta, a menos de 5 minutos andando de la playa. Zona muy tranquila. La acogida fue genial tanto por la persona que nos recibió como por los propietarios. Esperamos volver algún día ya que nos quedamos encantados.

Clean, well-equipped apartment with lovely pool

The apartment is in a quiet area with some restaurants in walking distance - a small shop very close and a larger supermarket about 15-20 minutes walk away. There is a bus stop very nearby too - if you can though, it is best to have a car. It is a well-equipped apartment - everything you need in the kitchen, is nicely furnished and is clean. We were unfortunate to be the first to stay for a while and encountered numerous issues - air conditioning not cooling in double bedroom (other 2 units fine but the other end of the apartment) and several plumbing issues - no hot water on arrival, then when on leaking water heater and after that a sink sprouted a leak. We were understanding for the first couple of issues as we know that it has been a difficult couple of years and managing a holiday apartment remotely is challenging. The property manager was excellent and the owners also - arranging for items to be fixed or scheduled to be fixed. It was just unfortunate for us and did affect our holiday for the first couple of days for sure with mopping up water, being uncomfortable at night and then getting to know how to keep the double bedroom cooled. The owners were apologetic and treated us to a drink at a beach club (although we felt we could have had a credit for 1 or 2 nights). It will all be good for subsequent renters!

IDEAL ET FANTASTIQUE : A RECOMMANDER +++

Nous avons passés des vacances fantastiques ! L'appartement est en parfait état et avec tout le nécessaire. Il est très bien équipé et tous les appareils électro sont en très bon état et modernes (ce qui est rare...). Il est idéalement situé près de la plage et le complexe est très agréable pour y être avec les enfants. Un point très appréciable: les piscines sont avec de l'eau saline (nickel pour ma petite fille qui fait une allergie au chlore). Nous avons eu d'excellents contacts avec les propriétaires. As we loved our previous stay we decided to come back. And… we had completely right ;-) The apartment was perfect, even nicer. The owner upgraded it offering free new services fully included in his offer. It was something unexpected but well appreciated ! Moreover of his Welcome Pack, he provides us with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine : all the family enjoyed it (it’s really a good way to start a day) ! As we loved our previous stay we decided to come back. And… we had completely right ;-) The apartment was perfect, even nicer. The owner upgraded it offering free new services fully included in his offer. It was something unexpected but well appreciated ! Moreover of his Welcome Pack, he provides us with a Dolce Gusto coffee machine : all the family enjoyed it (it’s really a good way to start a day)! Thank you again for your services… Yes, we definitely love to come in your apartment. “What else…” should say someone called George ;-) Top place where to stay! Just perfect ! See you soon for our next holidays ;-)

Heaven Holiday from our arrival at this first class, immaculate, well-furnished and ideally located apartment! This was our first visit in this area but we were so impressed that we have already booked to return in April next year : ) You have plenty choices of restaurants and tapas bars especially in Garrucha, Mojacar either in Villaricos which is a village nearby. The old Town of Mojacar is also a must visit. Congratulations to the owner of this apartment, your attention to details and high standards of confort and cleanliness coupled with this idyllic location genuinely contributes ideally to make this place your unforgettable Heaven Holiday. Super séjour et cadre magnifique

Appartement très bien agencé et équipé! Tout le confort nécessaire pour passer d'agréables vacances en famille:) L'urbanisation est calme et dépaysante, la mer à proximité et le beau temps toujours au rendez-vous! Un grand merci aux propriétaires et Angeliki pour leur gentillesse et leurs attentions tout au long de notre séjour.
