Arriving and gaining access to the gated community was a breeze. Entering the home with information provided was very easy and smooth. At first glance the home appears just as photographed but needs a little updating. The game room/garage has no working games to the PS2 and Wii systems provided. The Foosball table is unlevel so the ball just rolls to the left corner, making it hard to actually play. The dart game only had two darts to play with, the pool sticks to the pool table need to be replaced and the pool table is slightly unlevel... The layout of the home is very nice and spacious, and the decor is very nice. The kitchen had all of the equipment necessary to cook with. The bedrooms all had TVs and the house is equipped with WiFi, a super plus. The pool area is nice however get the heated option. The pool water is absolutely FREEZING... It was 90+ degrees outside and the water was literally 40-50 degrees. This is the 4th house I have rented in Florida and this is the first with the water being this cold without any heat. I wondered did they set the water to be this cold to force you to pay $30 a day to heat the pool and spa. My teenages loved the water either way. There were plenty towels provided but only two washcloths. We took a drive to Walmart and purchased some for our stay so it truly wasn't a big deal. The biggest issue for me were the ants they took over the tub in the master bathroom daily. My husband and I sprayed the window seal and cleaned the tub but every evening the tub had ants again. The other issue was the huge urine stain that was in the bed with the minnie mouse, that was nasty. I would expect since being charged for cleaning that the house would be spotless but the cleaning service definitely needs to do better, that was unacceptable. Due to CoVID we were notified in advance that we would need to supply toliet tissue, paper towels and trash bags. That was no problem as Dollar Tree is 2 minutes from the house. From the house it took us 45 minutes to get to Orlando(SeaWorld, Discovery Cove), 1hr 10 minutes to get to Tampa (Busch Gardens/Adventure Island), and 1 hr 45 minutes to get to Daytona Beach (Daytona Beach Boardwalk). We truly enjoyed the home and were overall pleased with our stay.
