The Message system and Check in experience were Clear, and fast, but when we arrive at the property, it mentioned beds for 14 people, which was not true. 1 bed was broken so we claimed and the manager came to check but never solved it during our 10 days stay. Regarding on the Sofa at the 2nd floor, was with skinny and had old matres and without bed sheets. we claimed and they gave us without any blanket. about cleaning, was a superficial cleaning. regarding the towels, we were disappointed about the pool towels that are not included... I went to Solterra around 10 times and was the 1st time does not include pool towels... think that in a hollidays nobody takes towels from their own houses... they also sell them for $17, we bought them in Walmart for $3.95 (really bad service at that point). Regarding the bath towels, 1 towel for each people in a 10 day staying is a bad service in my concern. The shower broke 1 day and they send a plumber to solve it in 2 hours, but to repair the bed, we are still waiting.. I think the Owner and/or the property manager need to learn a little bit about service. or maybe check your neighbors. I think I would never come back to this house/property manager homes.
