This place is very clean and really nicely decorated on the inside. Very homely feeling walking in the door. Would stay there again when visiting family in the area.

Quiet Weekend Away

Enjoyed our stay. The Inn at the Barn is very nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was easy to find since it is on one of the main roads in the area. It was very quiet while we were there and we enjoyed the hot tub.

Girls weekend

The place was decorated so nicely .The beds. & furniture are so confortable also very clean. The outside had Everything that was needed two fire pits nice lounge area & the hot tub was perfect. It is a great place!

Wedding Surprise

We rented this wonderful place for my son and soon to be daughter-in-law to use to get ready for their wedding at the historical train depot in Wellston Ohio. The location was great! They enjoyed their stay and loved the convenience to downtown Wellston. We will definitely recommend this property to out of town family and friends!

Clean property and hot tub was nice.

Property was clean and well taken care of. Plenty of places to eat in the area if needed. Appreciated the relaxation of the hot tub. Communication with owner was always timely. No problems at all.

Great renovation of historical barn

Our family of 5 had a great stay in this nicely renovated dairy barn. Everything was very well done and we enjoyed the finishing touches (the shower was very cool) that paid homage to the building origins. We were there to visit Hocking Hills. It was ~30-45 minute drive to those areas.

Perfect place to wind down

The Inn at the Barn was great as our “landing place” after taking in the sites of the Hocking Hills area. We got a good nights sleep, made a big breakfast in the kitchen and were able to unwind when we were done with the day. The washer and dryer were lifesavers after a day of ATV’ing and a hot day of hiking. The hot tub was a nice break too! We made the short drive to Jackson every day for the good restaurants, microbrewery and coffee shop.

Fantastic

Unfortunately it rained the entire time we were there and we didn't get much hiking and kayaking in but i couldn't have been happier with The Barn. Bed was very comfortable, had board games to play, beautiful kitchen to cook in, the hot tub was very clean, tun in the mssterbedroom

The Interior was very nice. Furniture was in great condition. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean and organized. The special touches throughout the place just made the stay better. Very unique property!

The Inn was very cute, and has great potential! I was saddened to see that Dan hadn't updated the amount of amenities to care for 6 guests, even after another review had mentioned it previous. If you list a place as able to house 6 people, there should be enough items for 6. There were only 4 bath towels, 4 washcloths, 1 hand towel, 2 forks, 3 spoons, dishes for 4, etc. The kitchen definitely needs some attention to the items that would help someone actually cook, like mixing bowls, and other helpful items. Beds were comfy, and worked out nicely. Laundry was good!

Venue is lovely but has issues

Cleanliness is wonderful. Master bed is horrific, leans towards center of bed!! TV only played DVD’s as far as I know…texted and asked but never got a response. Surroundings are terrible! Don’t go to Piggly Wiggly!! All food is rotten!! Would never go back!
