The property was very nice overall. Clean and comfortable. It was very family friendly . Lots of outdoor equipment for the kids to use and a large yard . The dock was easily accessible and the kids (teens) loved jumping into the river from it. The only thing that could be better would be the Wi-fi but There is good cell phone coverage.

Wonderful place to gather for family time together

We used this home to gather our family who were coming to town to celebrate the 90th birthday of my mother-in-law. We had plenty of room to spread out for small group conversations or for gathering the entire family. The different levels of the home made it easy to allow quiet places for those needing rest while others chose to work on puzzles at the kitchen table or sat and visited on the couch. The kitchen is well stocked with nice kitchen tools for just about need. The extra refrigerator on the lower level came in handy as well. The hosting team was very accommodating to any need we expressed.

Christmas Getaway

It was so nice to be in a place big enough for our whole family, where we could all be together for 3 1/2 days!!! The area was also very beautiful! The rooms were plenty big for everyone to enjoy! The kitchen was well supplied and she even had a Christmas tree put up just for us to enjoy the spirit.

Wouldn't change a thing!

Thank you for sharing this home with us. It was a wonderful weekend. We own Hendrickson's Fine Jewelry in garden city idaho and we wanted to get away with our staff so we could all get to know eachother on a personal basis. It was a fabulous place. Thanks again.

Family Vacation

The property was as listed on VRBO and the location was great, with ample parking, beautiful yard and landscaping. This location allowed for adequate daily shopping as needed, as well as touring the area. The river was great for the family and the use of the dock allowed for swimming, fishing & boating. Great Family Vacation!!!

Wonderful!

We had a family reunion here and found it to be a lovely, fun, well-supplied, perfect home away from home. We had fun on the river, fun playing pool in the basement, enjoyed the great kitchen. We were glad we took camp chairs for outdoors.

Great Home away from Home

This was a great home on the river(seemed like a lake). We had 5 families for a cousin get together. Was very perfect! Everything we needed in the house and room for meals together:)

80th birthday

The house was a perfect place for our family to meet up to celebrate my dad's 80th birthday. We had plenty of room for everyone (ages 10 mo - 80). We loved the big yard, play set, basketball hoop, & indoor games that kept everyone busy. Our favorite was having the dock on the Snake River & getting to enjoy all of the water toys! We would love to come back one day! Thank you!!

Perfect for a big family!

There are 14 of us in town for my grandfather's funeral. This home could not have been any more perfect for us to be together as a family. This home was incredibly accommodating. We'll definitely be back.

Beautiful home!

We loved this beautiful, spacious home! The following items would have added to our experience: Barbecue, steak knives, outdoor seating, and a hair dryer. You will also find a large bees nest in the tree by the garbage can. This is a great place for a large family!

Christmas in July

Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us! This vacation was a Christmas gift for our family and many wonderful memories were made🎄. The house was perfect, the large yard with the swing set was a big hit and the dock along the river was amazing😀! It couldn’t have been better. Planning on a return trip!

This land has been in our family for 3 generations. Our Grandparents purchased this farm in the 1940s. Grandpa bought the land to farm, but even then he could see the wonderful value of living on the beautiful Snake River! He wanted it to be a place for his family to come together and we hope to share that experience with you, too!

This is the BEST place to enjoy time with family and play on the water. If you want to kayak and water ski this is the place to do it! Once you experience having your own private dock and easy access from the house to the water and vice versa, you will never want to play anywhere else!
